My local branch is located in 29 Palms, CA and I've had to use their managerial staff for instruction and to resolve a few minor disputes with corporate. In all cases, their assistance has been highly professional and courteous. Used to belong to several big-box banks, but their lack of personal attention when problems arose became unacceptable. Not so with the personnel at my local branch. Their attention to my personal needs set them apart from any other financial institution with which I've been associated. “I see the reviews but that was not at all my experience. I opened my account online but not very internet handy so I went in to the branch and as soon as I walked in the door was greeted. Was asked what I needed to do. I explained and the lady at the desk closest to the door helped me step by step even setting up my app and my online banking as I struggle to see fine print beings visual impaired. She was respectful of my privacy and patient as she helped me navigate on my phone so patient and helpful not at all rushed even read all agreements to me. I would recommend giving them a second chance or finding out for yourself if it’s a bank that fits your expectations and needs.
