“I see the reviews but that was not at all my experience. I opened my account online but not very internet handy so I went in to the branch and as soon as I walked in the door was greeted. Was asked what I needed to do. I explained and the lady at the desk closest to the door helped me step by step even setting up my app and my online banking as I struggle to see fine print beings visual impaired. She was respectful of my privacy and patient as she helped me navigate on my phone so patient and helpful not at all rushed even read all agreements to me. I would recommend giving them a second chance or finding out for yourself if it’s a bank that fits your expectations and needs.
