I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appointment stating on paper I wanted my hair dyed. Through text I explained that and gave pictures of my hair. Sitting in the salon chair I explained it further even though I don’t understand how someone can misunderstand “I want my hair dyed grey”
All they did was bleach my hair, botched it completely and weren’t explaining anything to me. $135 basically just to bleach my hair. Through text they said blowout was included in the price but when I go inperson the blowout somehow isn’t included in the price and it’s still $135?? They didn’t finish their job and did not give me what I wanted and still charged me full price?? I had a breakdown in the salon and that leads them to say they’ll give me another appointment free of charge to put the colour in but like that’s what I came here in the first place for you to do?? I’m leaving the salon with NOTHING I wanted and STILL BEING CHARGED FULL PRICE?? and blowout no longer included for whatever reason and it’s the same price?? Almost 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. When I reach out they avoid me and don’t respond. Completely ruined my hair and won’t take accountability. The day we went in person to figure out what was going on they weren’t there so we got the number and all the owner did was kept making excuses on the phone and lying about many things. Awful.
Update: At a friend’s who’s fixing my hair and apparently it’s very uneven all over. (my ends were bleached) so that’s a plus!

I have extremely thick and wavy hair, and this was by far one of the best hair cuts I've ever received. I work on camera all day and was complimented on my hair immediately after getting it done. The staff is above and beyond accomodating, pricing is very fair, and the salon is clean. I will absolutely recommend this place for salon needs.

This was my first time visiting the salon, and Anthony cut my hair. He listened to me as I described what I wanted to do with my hair and far exceeded my expectations as I had some uneven layers that needed to be corrected. I was nervous that it wouldn’t turn out well, but he did a beautiful job and I will be a return client. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled and pleasant stylist.

We just moved to the area and are happily surprised by this place. Great customer service and it's a cute, clean salon. Madyson did a great job cutting my hair and my mom's hair, and is super nice and sweet. We will be regulars for sure. Thank you A fox Salon!:)P.s. the pricing is also reasonable which is a plus

When moving to this town I was terrified of leaving my old hairdresser, so I did a ton of research and found Tanya at this salon. She did an amazing job. I came into the salon having scheduled an appointment to touch up just my blonde pieces and a cut, but after seeing my uneven color and grown out roots she offered me options that would be low maintenance and didn’t charge me extra! It ended up turning out amazing! She did a great job with cutting my layers, and gave me a trim that didn’t seem to take much length off at all but really made a difference. My hair left feeling so healthy! She explained every step of the process so I knew what she was doing from start to finish, and was so incredibly kind. I will only be going back to her for as long as I live here!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted and told them I didn't want my hair cut more than 2" in the front. I wanted a bob that was shorter in the back, and longer in the front -- about a 4" difference, like in the picture. The stylist said, That's going to be extreme. I said, Yes, if I don't like it I'll come back and have more cut off. The stylist agreed saying that you can always get more cut off. The stylist proceeded to cut about 6" off the front, making the difference between the back and front about 1". If I'd wanted to look like a little dutch boy I would have brought in a gallon of paint and said, cut my hair like this! I don't get it. Why tell them what you want when they're just going to cut your hair however they want to cut it. I SO regret going here. SO regret it.
