Absolutely horrid service FORCED ME TO GIVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to cash as check. No other bank has ever asked me for this. Rude on top of everything else!! Never go back!

Why is it this bank and all others charge you $7 and up to cash a check written from there customers account? Mean while they need all your personal information including your social security number. Then they say . " If you open account with us there will be no charge to cash there check." Sounds like a reason to get every dime from you.. I guess it makes cents for them?

We have been using this bank now for 4 years and I love them! I’ve gotten to know the tellers and have never once had a bad experience with them.

Terrible customer service, not helpful and very rude! Lisa Heldstab was exceptionally rude and I find the way in which they treat a patron un acceptable! I love U.S. Bank but very disappointed today from the way they treat us at this branch, for no reason.

WOW, I mean WOW. I normally love all my USBank tellers and account openers or whatever you call them. But this bank was so rude from the second we walked in to the second we left. Treated us like criminals. When we went in and reported that we thought someone may have our information they treated is like WE stole our information. My husband has a Florida DL and they said it is missing something? Ummm...it is a legit Florida DL. We opened our accounts with the SAME Drivers License. I called corporate and they were super helpful and friendly so I will never go into this Twain Harte rude bank.. I recommend trying Sonora and see how they are.

But this bank was so rude from the second we walked in with the Teller to the second we left, Lisa and Kathy(Not sure about that name) were unwilling to help us fix the problem Treated us like criminals.
