“My 11 year old laptop finally gave up accepting the internet and it was time to get a new one. I had an idea and a price range in mind and knew what I needed. The store Rep (Lauren) listened to my needs and referred me to a possible replacement along with the apps I needed to manage the household demands. She offered to transfer my files to the new laptop to make the switch over easier for me (I am not techy). I have a son in the military (Italy) who was advising me before I stopped in, so afterwards I shared with him what was purchased, and he said that was a great price for all my needs. He compared it to amazon, best buys, etc. I would recommend Staples to because they listen to my needs and took great care to make it happen.”
“The staff gets 4 stars and that’s a good review, but they definitely have made a couple fiasco’s for me because people do not listen, but whatever. Not going to get into that on here.Id rather give zero stars because the lobby doors are locked at 6pm, which is Ridiculous, retarded and an inconvenience.I remember before covid you could get off work late and the lobby would be open until 9pm.My new work boots are locked up and I cant get to them. Very frustrating.”

“Very friendly and courteous service by the staff. I rented a PO box recently and the box needed some cleaning - it looked like has not been used in recently months and some dust accumulated. I was inquiring to check if I could clean it up. The lady at the counter volunteered and cleaned it up right away.”
