I often go here for cheap and reliable care products and their ice cream. Either through package or at their thriftys store every flavor is so good and cheap - I highly recommend trying them.

The staff at the pharmacy here are so helpful, polite and always pick up the phone calls. I've been coming here for years to get my prescriptions filled and was reminded how great everyone was at this Rite Aid when I temporarily had to transfer my prescription to Walgreens. Thank goodness I can keep my prescription here!!

We come here now for our vaccinations. Book it online and you won't be waiting long. The pharmacist that does them is so sweet. The 5 stars is for her. Some of the others in the store are cranky and not so helpful, but that's ok. We'll keep coming here for our vaxes and ice cream.

This is my post for Rite Aid from the exact chat I had explaining my complaint. Perhaps this post on Yelp will get their attention how incompetent they are! Me I am really upset at my shopping experience with Rite-Aid. 10:12:56 AM Shannon H Please provide me with the location of the store 10:13:16 AM Me 24330 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills Shannon H And what is the problem? 10:15:06 AM Me A lot of problems. Let's start with my phone call yesterday calling twice for somebody to pick-up -- which took about 10 minutes. 10:15:39 AM Then when they finally picked-up I asked if they had the Solar Shields sunglasses. I had the model number - but the employee said he was too busy serving ice cream and that "all" inventory was online. 10:16:31 AM When I got back home to check -- That line of merchandise is NOT online. 10:16:45 AM I did not want to go out of my way wasting gas for just sunglasses -- But I went there anyway today. 10:17:04 AM The store carried "Solar Shield" but all I remembered was the first part of the model number. 10:17:35 AM When I got home, I ripped off the cardboard covering -- put the glasses on -- but they were the WRONG MODEL -- I got the 54-1 instead of 54-F!!! 10:18:52 AM This problem would not have happened in the first place and I wouldn't have wasted all the gas I used if your store was properly staffed and the employee simply checked to see if the merchandise I wanted was at this store. By the way, I have bought the correct sunglasses at other Rite-Aid stores. 10:20:08 AM However, since this line of merchandise is not in your online inventory, I will have to continue wasting my time going to Rite-Aid to find the match. 10:20:37 AM On top of it, because I ripped off the cardboard cover, I may not be able to make an exchange -- even if I can find the model I need. 10:21:25 AM And then there is an issue with shampoo that I bought -- I wanted to take advantage of what I thought was a "2 for 1" sale. It actually was buy 2 and get 1 free. Even so, I was willing to do that with your 32 oz -- but the tag was not on the shelf. Only the tag for the 38 oz. So when I went to checkout they said that the 32 oz. was the same price as the 38 oz! What is with you guys? 10:23:38 AM I need to make a copy of this complaint because I really want to post it to Yelp! Shannon H Thank you for your reply and for providing the requested information. I have alerted both local and upper management about this issue to be sure this is addressed. They will be in contact with you within 4-5 business days. 10:24:10 AM Me Yeah - well what do I do with the SUN in the meantime?! -- How about escalating this complaint so I get an answer today?! Shannon H I will try but I cannot guarantee. 10:25:23 AM Of course -- And I cannot guarantee that I will ever shop at Rite-Aid again. How about sending them this comment with the "escalation" request? !!! 10:26:17 AM Okay - I'm done - Bye Shannon H As explained I will try but I cannot guarantee they will contact you today. I do understand and apologize for the inconvenience and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!.

I wanted to say thank you to Mary Beth and Dennis for both always helping me and my mom out for many years now. They are always professional and friendly at the same time. I love getting the automated texting alerts and notifications for new prescriptions. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my prescription needs. Thank you so much for your hard work.

One ice cream scoop is $2. They don't sell cups anymore. So you are stuck getting a cone. And service is terrible.

Very disappointed by the treatment I received by the cashier in the pharmacy today. I was unable to speak and held up my ID and a note explaining what I needed. Then when I went to check out HE pushed the button to skip the rating on the credit card machine without my permission, and also handed me half the receipt that didn't show the code to do a review of my experience. It is very unfortunate when someone has a physical disability, whether permanent or temporary, they are treated poorly through the way they are greeted, served, and when completing the transaction. I think your employee needs a refresher on customer service. AND I HAD A QUESTION WRITTEN ON THE PAPER THAT WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. I even pointed showing him twice!

Old Asian man followed me everywhere in the store acting like I was about to steal something so I left and went to Ralph's nearby it. Really ridiculous how you treat your customers man. Never coming back here again. If you read back through your hisstory there are a lot of people that have complained about him. Train him right guys and not to discriminate

Hello peeps! Many of you might not know the planning that goes into running retail business along with managing staff and catering to the public. It amazes me the little credit that this Rite Aid gets because they constantly follow the rules as So real quick: Yes, no matter what age you are they will card you when purchasing alcohol! No, you can't double up or use expired coupons, "READ THE RESTRICTIONS" first! Have patience when asking the impossible since staff can't always grant everyone's requests & management approval is always needed, especially when cashiers are limited to handle these types of situations. I shop at this store weekly and standing in line waiting for the person in front me that's taking up time especially with everything mentioned above, is ludicrous to me! I feel like these types of people obviously have an agenda. I've personally worked retail as a manager many years ago and people like this make the shopping experience awful. Furthermore, if you're scared to shop and too ignorant to understand how a virus is spread, stay at home! All stores are limited with supplies! SO...deal with it! Overall, I just wanna say thank you, Brenda, Barbara, Navid, Erica, Anthony, Rene, Andres, & Luis for always making my shopping experience a positive one.

Super RUDE cashier named Brenda. Clearly, she's in the position for a paycheck, not because she enjoys serving or helping others with a smile. Rather than greet with a smile then answer a question, she chose to act annoyed that there are customers and ignore the question and shove a receipt across the counter. Surely, she should be changing her gloves between customers rather than contaminating every transaction in scary glue COVID-19 times like these. Pharmacy's answer was "Corporate doesn't give us Clorox wipes or hand sanitizer." Really?

Do not come to this place at all, especially if you have children that are autistic. I have never been to this Rite Aid, but few months ago, I heard the security guard harassed and accused an autistic teenage boy for stealing a water bottle. That autistic boy is a good friend of mine from school. He's innocent, kind, sweet, level-headed, and has the heart of gold. What kind of security guard just harass someone like that for no reason and doesn't apologize? Worst of all, what kind of company doesn't train their employees to provide good customer service for anybody? Especially customers who are on the spectrum? A lame company of course. I can imagine what the boy's family went through, but I was there to support them by signing their petition. To the Rite Aid team, I know this incident was months ago, but this is just a reminder what horrible and ignorant people you really are. If you are willing to do better, train your employees and hire a smarter and better security guard.

11/22/2019 I was able to arrange free autism sensitivity trainings for their OC stores, which the District Manager, Store Manager agreed to. Then come to find out their corp office only approved training for this one store ONLY.THEN I find out that they only required one employee ( plus the store and district manager ) to attend the training. No other employee ! Are you kidding me? They do not see how this horrible incident has affected our son! He is paranoid and anxious when we are out shopping, because he thinks someone is going to approach him and accuse him of stealing! Our son is struggling mentally over this, and you can't even ensure that your employees are trained properly and correctly? And then you send us a coupon for free ice cream? When i told him about it, he said "Mom i don't want it. I don't want to ever go back there." NO THANK YOU Rite Aid. I will be speaking to you again soon.
