When we were getting help with our bank account, the manager, Luis Tejeda was very helpful. He explained to us the issue, making sure we understood then helped us make an appointment. His customer service was exceptional and he made sure we had the best experience. He helped us through every step of the process going the extra mile to setup the new account and card's extensions. He also made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. We are regular customers of Wells Fargo, and from now on we will go to this branch.

I do not recommend this location for prime nor premier checking. It works well if one needs a quick ATM withdraw. But tellers are not trained to give advice?!? And to speak to a banker, one needs to make an appointment.

Absolutely useless and rude employees of this office! The manager paints her lips when I contact her and does not even look at you, does not want to help you solve the problem, she said that I should call the hotline and they will help me there, complete disregard.

This is easily the worst Wells Fargo branch. It should be shut down. There was no acknowledgement when I entered the bank and the employees here are not the brightest. The teller looked bored to death. I tried to cash a check and the teller and bank manager said that I had to be a customer to cash a check even though I had my card with PIN and two forms of ID. I have a business account with Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo credit card. Well genius, that makes me a customer! I use to be a teller and know how to cash checks for customers. I only stopped by this branch because it was near where I was having lunch. I drove to my local branch in Laguna Niguel and was able to cash the check with no problem. What a waste of my time! These morons at this Irvine branch need more customer service training.

I did not have a good experience with this branched. I had booked an appointment for 4:30 pm to see a banker regarding an issue with my account. I got there on time to see that I had to wait, which is fine, I do not mind waiting. But once it was my time the banker could not help me because they had to call their support center regarding my account. By that time it was already 5 pm and the support center had closed!! So I was not able to do what I had come there to do. The banker tried to help me in another way but the system won’t allow. I wasted my time for nothing. If they know that they need to make a call to the support center, and support center closes at 5 pm, they should not accept appointments after 4 pm. I had to leave work early to do this and I was not able to complete what I intended. People will go over their allotted time so they need to take that into consideration when allowing people to book online. Or Wells Fargo support center needs to stay open longer to allow branch to call and resolve issue. They should not close at 5 pm sharp! They need to be considerate of the customers and the time they take to come out to the bank. I do not think they appreciate their customer base.

This place deserves a negative star. What a dump. Customer service, it's the Wild West, this is worst then the DMV customer service. They should do themselves a favor and close this place down. They slap you before you even thinking about asking for assistance What a dump!

Nancy Li helped me open an account, then a few days later she called me and closed the account for having the "wrong kind of address." I called customer service and they said there are no problems with my address or my account. Talk about super shady, bordering discrimination. Been with Wells Fargo a decade, but no longer. Nancy, you will be hearing from corporate. Also when I tried to walk in to open the account I was told I needed an appointment so I made an appointment, then when I got there Nancy chose to help other people before me who had just walked in because she knew them, and made me wait past my appointment time.

Worst bank! You can call & call & call trying to get an appointment & you will never get an answer or call back. They seem not to have anyone doing notary. The little times that they answer they always say the person who does notary is always out of town & never in. No one there seems to want to help you. Very unprofessional. They need an entirely different new staff who will actually like their job & do their work right.

My worst experience at this branch with a banker named Nancy.I have not seen someone so unprofessional and rude working at a bank. She did not even know how to process my request and made several mistakes doing that and pretending she is so bored the whole time. She even made fun of my writing in one of the forms. Never will step into that branch again and I'm even considering change my bank from Wells Fargo. Why should I keep my money somewhere with no respect for me.

My rating is based off of the ATM availability.Didn’t actually go in and interact.The ATM is very conveniently placed here and easy to get to.Parking is a little cray but at least there is a tiny lot dedicated to Wells Fargo.The palm trees add a nice OC touch

My rating is based off of the ATM availability. Didn't actually go in and interact.The ATM is very conveniently placed here and easy to get to. Parking is a little cray but at least there is a tiny lot dedicated to Wells Fargo. The palm trees add a nice OC touch
