Zeus, made sure I was taken care of. I didnt have my ID so I couldn't do everything I wanted to. He offered some helpful advice so that it helped me accomplish what I needed to. He was patient, professional, and courteous. Bernice Alps helped Zeus a couple times and she too was personable and kind. My boys were loud and running around. I was trying reign them in. They were having so much fun. Melissa the branch manager noticed me telling them not to stick their hand in the little trash bins by the lines and she did not reprimand them. She offered some sanitizer and or some wipes. She was patient and full of grace. They deserve to be acknowledged. It is not easy for the little ones to be quiet when waiting so long so I appreciated the grace they showed us, not adding to the stress in a possibly stressful situation for a parent coming with two little ones. Thanks everyone!

By far the slowest place on earth. If it wasn't that I have to come here for my job.. I'd never come to this branch. I literally have to take 45 mins of my day just to make a simple deposit. Only 2 new! ppl to help you..everyone just walks around. Awful.

They closed my credit card without any reason!!! Even they don't know why it is closed!!! No notice, no explanation letter in my mailbox, no app profile notification!!!! Just Banker said I can open new one again!!!!!! But never answered my question. WHY do you close my 3 years aged credit card???!!! Is it a Bank or Wild JUNGLE or Psycho Rehab???!!

First of all, I should preface by saying that I rarely write negative online reviews or 1-star Yelp reviews. Honestly, I wish I could leave "0" stars. The 1-star goes to the previous bank managers, Chris (who set up my account years ago) followed by Richie who set up another account for me last year during COVID - both were awesome and always went out of their way to take care of me. Unfortunately, neither of them work for Wells Fargo anymore. I'm super annoyed I'm taking time out of my day to write this review. I just hope anyone reading this review thinks twice before opening accounts or doing business at this location!! Avoid at all costs! Literally. Due to COVID, masks are required and social distancing is in effect. I stopped by this location on Thursday, May 7th. I waited in a long a** line (totally fine, no big deal, I get it, COVID). I wanted to speak to a banker about my negative balance due to $30 monthly charge. $30?!?! I had never been charged a monthly fee and only realized it when I received notification that my balance dipped below $0. Apparently Wells Fargo started charging me $30/month since January 2021. So 5 months x $30 = $150. The bank teller informed me that I would need to schedule an appointment with a banker. The first available that worked with my crazy busy schedule was Monday, May 10 at 1:30PM, so I took it. The banker, Sam, called me Monday morning to confirm the appointment. All set, so I arrived on Monday, May 10 at 1:25pm. Upon arrival, I let them know I had a scheduled appointment. They asked me to sit and wait. About 5 minutes later they let me know that Sam had gone out to take her lunch break and it would be a little bit. In my mind, I'm like WTF? Why TF did she call to confirm? And, I have sh!t to do! I remained calm and said, "My time is limited, so is there anyone else I can talk to?" A woman named Nancy came out to assist. Long story short, Nancy couldn't do anything about the fees and couldn't even explain why after 10 years with Wells Fargo why I started getting charged for monthly fees. I was like, "you still haven't given me a reason why Wells Fargo just started charging me $30/month!!" She just said, "I'm sorry." Sorry?! I've had the account for years and never got charged for a monthly fee. Heck, I had $134 in there and because of the 5 months of monthly fees, my account went into a negative balance. I asked to speak to a manager. Nancy said that she would go talk to her manager. She came back and said, "We can refund $32." WTF! I told Nancy I was going to go to another location. Then literally an hour later, Sam called. Right?! I thought she called to reverse the fees. NOPE. She called to confirm my appointment tomorrow. I'm like, "WTF!?" I told her that SHE missed our appointment today because she was out to lunch. I was super irritated by now. I asked Sam for her last name. She refused. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she said, "The manager is on vacation." Uhhh, the manager was there about an hour ago when I was with Nancy. What in the actual f*ck. Shady AF. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this location at all. This was a disappointing experience to say the least. Avoid this location.

Too bad they don't offer 5 min max anymore... sheesh. No acknowledgement from anyone. Took well over 5 mins to be acknowledged. a person, that was in the conference room, ask what I needed, but only because a teller needed her assistance.... 2 bankers, 1 teller and someone else was in the office today.

I never thought I will put a review for a bank but After doing business for 1 year with daily deposit at this specific branch ...first manager with no manners never seen in any other bank or branch and the tellers ofcourse got her bad Attitude with the exception of Sebastian who is always happy to help I'm really disappointed how a branch could have sash a bad reputation specially during this time However I don't blame the tellers they got there manager attitude I can see that . Taking my business elsewhere

Everyone has their own opinion, but for all times I’ve been there, they’ve been very helpful, customer service was great and they greeted and assisted me with a smile, friendly & provided me all the help they could give. I’m always a happy bank account holder when I leave there. Keep up the great work guys!

The only Wells Fargo branch that I've been to that not a single employee knows how to deposit a foreign check. The incompetence here is unbelievable and the manager Jazmin is rude.

Located in a great area but wow are they understaffed. I usually come around 11:30 to beat the "lunch rush" but to be honest, there is no beating anything. No matter what time of the day you come, you wait. Also, half the time there is no one to greet you and direct you to the right person. So half the time you wait somewhere you aren't supposed to wait and have spent 45min waiting. ATMs are great though and they have a good amount of them. I suggest coming to this location for their atms only.

I went out of the way and chose this location for my banking needs because they had slightly higher ratings on here. I had an appointment with Sam, and although she wasn't able to help me with what I needed at the time, she still gave me excellent advice! Everyone else here was extremely friendly as well!

I have come to this bank on multiple occasions at multiple times of the day and there is always only ONE teller at the windows. Now there is usually at least 3 (today there were 5) bankers who had no clients and were just sitting at their desks doing nothing. Thank goodness I won't have to come back anytime soon, but this is the exact reason I closed my Wells Fargo account. They don't care about clients or anyone. They send staff on breaks without coverage. Don't bank with them if you can avoid it.

One of the few banks that has more than two tellers working at a time. I have gone to lots of banks and worked in some. I enjoy working with Auggie. He understands all facets of banking. If I have any issues Auggie usually find a way to improve the situation.
