Wish I could give it zero starts. Slowest teller ever on a Saturday and only 3 tellers open line out the door. Meanwhile one guy walking around going good morning not doing shit. And another one behind the glass standing there like she's security. seriously it's a Saturday come on.

Horrible customer service and account management. I made an appointment and came on September 8. 2023 to speak with Simon in order to update my account information. Today (1/17/24) Wells Fargo closed my account because they claim I didn't update my information and they do not have my physical address. Here's the funny part...I pay my home mortgage, which is my physical address, to Wells Fargo! My physical address is printed on my statement every month. I called their customer service number today and was told the same thing. Nothing was corrected over the phone. I was told to go to the branch. At the branch, as you can see in my video, I was told to wait to speak with someone because they were very busy. No one was in line. I waited almost an hour to get service. The rest of this is a stressful unnecessary mess created by Wells Fargo. I am going to make sure this account stays closed and I take my business and money to my credit union bank. They have never treated me this way. So disappointed by this mess. See my pictures and beware.

Slow is right. There're only two tellers during lunch and at least ten people waiting in line. The tellers like to chit chat, which makes a 10 mins wait become 30 mins. Who ever is managing the lines here needs to bring out more tellers to help or tell their tellers to stop chit chatting. It's not social hour.

I made an appointment last week for an issue I had with my bank account. I got there early and was greeted by Leo who helped me right away. He answered all my questions and helped me with my account. While I was there I looked around and saw that most bank staff were very helpful with their clients and were trying help them, they were not sitting around wasting time. I will definitely go back to this branch.

Be careful going to this bank if you come out carrying cash, or an envelope of cash. This bank doesn't have outside cameras, other than the ATM's.Bank juggling is rampant! I came out with a sum of cash and put it in my trunk, and drove to work and parked. I was inside my office for a few hours and someone followed me to my office, busted my back window and then pulled my back seat forward, entered my trunk and pulled the cash out of a bag I put the money inside of.Be safe at all banks, as this is an ongoing crime!

Everyone here is so courtesy and super helpful. Especially the ones that greet you as you enter. I've always loved the customer service here every time.

Sloooooooow!!!! 10 people working and only 2 tellers The other eight people are just standing around saying hi and asking if I want to use the ATM machine you guys have too many chiefs not enough Indians and your service is pitiful do you have one tell her that bus is a** and does everything you can as fast as possible and everybody else works like a snail

Another OC branch with more useless bankers than tellers, i don't understand what all these bankers do, they walk around doing nothing all day. Wells fargo is a joke

Appointment at 10:00, it’s 10:40 and we’re still waiting. Bcs the banker is helping another customer, but he is on hold to Wells Fargo customer service to get a question answered.

Every time i come into this bank the line is slow. There are over 10 workers but only two bank tellers. What's the point of having all the windows with no one sitting at them. Just all around slow customer service

Stay away from this branch. Stay away from Wells Fargo. They do not care about their customers, cannot think outside the box. Why would you want a bank that treats its customers horribly. I could tell you our story but I won’t waste your time. If you are thinking about becoming a Wells Fargo customer. Run. Run the other way. ESPECIALLY if you intend on making this branch in Tustin your main bank.By the way, if you are wondering about the response to my review where they acted like they cared and wanted to hear my concerns? Don’t buy it. Two days later after I emailed my phone number inviting them to call me. They still haven’t reached out to me. That is one of their things. They make promises, but never deliver. My review stands.
