I have used Wellprint in the past and gave them an order last week, Sept. 2001. They were very helpful and did an excellent job. They called me before processing the order with a suggestion on how to improve the brochure, which I appreciated.

I own a small business. My business is growing and I needed to update my branding materials. Machelle handled everything. After your emails asking about my experience - here it is (Enjoy Clark!) Parking is simple. It's plentiful and out front of an old town Tustin Strip mall. Easy to find. When you walk in you are treated an offered help immediately. I didn't know exactly what I should do about branding. I had ideas but needed some assistance vetting my ideas. Machelle and Don helped out. We talked business cards, vehicle signs and banners. Here is how it went: Machelle created a layout (several of them) She helped bleed a water marked photo behind the copy of the prints. The same look was on my cards, signs and banners. My company was re branded with an pretty amazing look. They send proofs. Yep! They helped me and my business by steering me away from bad layout ideas I came in with and gently recommended a look that would by more aesthetic. Success! With their layout ideas and printing knowledge my company is branded and the look is exactly what we needed to draw more attention. The completion dates were very reasonable. Finally the cost. Look peeps...cost is not everything when it comes to this industry. I have used print houses that have high cost points with delivery that does not compete with value. This time I found gold. This print house over delivers with service, over delivers with layout and design helps. And yes over delivers with the quality I was looking for at a great cost point. Overall good experience. So I went back and had some additional printing done. Once again they over performed. I'm grateful for the help you gave my little business. As I grow, some of that growth will be because of your help. That You for partnering with me to take my business look into 2021.

I love this print shop!! They do quality work at an amazing price. They offer a wide range of products - from flyers, signs, wall stickers to really cool business cards that are transparent. Need I say more?Also, the staff are so easy to work with ; From Machelle to Don, they all feel like family! I've gotten many different things printed at Wellprint -- from window clings, to high gloss prints, business cards, and brochures. They never fail to amaze me with their designs. The whole team is amazing and very communicative. They've even gone above and beyond and dropped off our work at our shop, that is exceptional customer service. Don, Kimi, Machelle, and the whole team are the best! This place is my go to when I'm in the need for prints or anything graphic. I had such a great experience working with Don at Wellprint. A friend of mine recommended I come see Don after she heard me complaining about how insanely expensive wedding stationery was and all the troubles I had trying to DIY. I had found the perfect invitation set but got a crazy quote of over $3000 for only 100! I was appalled and set out to do it myself. I had a graphic designer do the digit files and worked with Don to do all the printing. I was able to do all my wedding stationary (save the dates, 100 wedding invitation suites, menus, place cards, ceremony programs) for 1/3 of the price!!!! Don worked one on one with me regarding every detail. From providing different types of card stock and vellum to hand cutting and assembling each piece, he was involved every step of the way. He personally called me to go over each order and make sure he understood my vision perfectly. Don was one of the best vendors I worked with during the wedding planning process and he will be my go-to printing service for years to come! THANK YOU!!!
