Honestly I don’t use laundromats often as I have washer and dryers at home, even do this place is far from my place I don’t mind the drive as this place is super clean and served by two awesome mature couple. Very well maintained and pretty much new equipment. Very highly recommended as they also have plenty of parking.

Clean facility with friendly and helpful owners. My laundry turned out better than it did with my home washer and dryer. Fellow customers were nice and helped me figure out how to use the machines and the app. I am definitely going back. Glad I found a nice place to get my laundry done.

I was looking for a laundry facility when my house in a home improvement. After looked four facilities nearby, I selected the WaveMax, although it little bit far from my house. Because: 1. Powerful washer and dryers, save time; 2. Very clean, organized facility; 3. Friendly staff onsite to help your needs. Highly recommend! I’ll back for large item clean even I have the laundry in home.

Relatively well maintained machines. Love the app no need for coins cards or any fuss. The app lets you know how much time you have left for each machine. ??

I have always enjoyed my experience at WaveMax, but last week it was rather alarming to see how many machines were down and not functioning with the mobile app. I typically don't carry rolls of quarters. Have the machines been fixed?

Edit: Haven't been for two or three months because service was starting to feel spotty when certain family members were opening. Late openings, nothing being wiped down, floors feeling dirty. We were washing clothes at our apartment or driving to Costa Mesa to another good laundry.
Today, 2/25/24, no one opened. As in we left at 7:15 when no one arrived. Three other cars left with us or soon after. I am frustrated because money is tight and I have $42 that I can't use and now have to spend more money elsewhere to wash my clothes. Money that would have went on groceries. So we will do without something this week. Hopefully they are okay, because this late isn't normal.
Old review....Clean laundromat. Attendant always is on duty to help. Free soap and dryer sheets if you need them. By coming here, you support a mom and pop small business.
Dryers are great. I dried my clothes on medium and clothes dried very fast. .75 dried a load of towels and thick socks on medium.
Washers have several choices of speeds and temperatures. There are 2x, 4x, 6x, 8x and 10x size washers. The number corresponds with the numbers of load. Currently $2, $4, $6, $8 and $10. Delicate, conforter, heavy soil or extra rinse costs $1-1.50 extra.
I tossed a typical rolling hamper in the 10x washer. The owner noted that it would have fit in a 6 and saved me money. It cost me $2.50 total to dry what would have been 6 loads in a large capacity top loader vs $1.60x6. If I wash ONE load at my apartment it costs $1.60 per wash and same for dry. Their small washer is $2 and it holds two loads.
Why have I been arguing with myself? I now have a granny cart and can drag laundry across the street.

Amazing customer service and laundry cleaning. I called the night before with a couple questions and Jim was very helpful in terms of what services they offer. I was in need of "wash, dry, and fold", Sarah was very kind while taking my items and setting up my profile for their text messages. Then when I found out that it can be same day service I was astonished, typically it can be completed next day, but she gave me assurance that they can try to have it done same day. Then a couple hours later my laundry was ready to go, mind you they charge by pound, I had about 40 pounds of laundry along with a blanket, and it was quick, and personally I think the pricing was adequate , not pricy like other laundry places. When I went to pick up Janet was just as kind as Sarah, I felt well taken care of and the cleaning was top notch, and they even hung some of my items ( my medical uniforms) and everything smelled so clean and fresh. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend to everyone I know!

The owner has anger issues and has his little cop buddy to help him intimidate customers. I would stay away from here if you just want to wash your laundry in peace without being harassed and nearly assaulted. Luckily I made a separate callTo the police and a neutral cop helped de escalate this business owner. He’s rabid. He’ll say an elderly customer was assaulted but I’ve included a picture of the assaulted “senior citizen”.

I witnessed an accident with the owner of this business. He was yelling at 2 ladies over an older lady who was parked illegally. He pushed one ofthe ladies and wouldn’t allow them to get their clothes. I was so scared for them. Please be careful he seems very aggressive

I live in the area, I work in the area, and have actually been a customer at your laundry place for quite a while. There is absolutely no reason why I would cause disturbances in my community for any reason. In all the time being, I have always unloaded my clothes and moved my car, because realistically there is no real logical reason why I would walk from another parking lot ground to the laundry mat when I could just unload and then drive and park elsewhere. I think any logical person would agree. This is what I have always done. This is also what I have seen people do. As a community everyone should always want to work together. The elderly lady that started screaming in the parking lot did not show ANY type of decency and understanding. You barging out of the laundry mat did not display any sort of common sense or rational behavior as an owner. You never heard both sides nor tried to work with both parties in resolving. You barged out screaming! Your allegations are completely false. To the extent that the police officer spent about 40 minutes speaking with you. He insisted that he was clear in letting you know that your behavior is ABSOLUTELY not tolerable and there is absolutely no reason why you should have PUSHED Jenifer with your belly. 1. The elderly woman screaming was not parked on a legal parked spot. The massage place owner had asked her to move and she was defiant. 2. I was unloading my car about 50 feet or more, behind the elderly woman's car. At no point was I blocking her way whatsoever. She just wanted to scream at me to let me know that was not a parking spot.... which is ironically very funny since she herself was not in a legal parked spot as I explained on my first point above. 3. Being elderly does not give any person the right to disrespect someone else. Age does not define the level of respect you are allowed to receive or give. 4. I let her know all my clothes were already inside except one last bag and then I'd move my car and she still kept screaming. How is this behavior normal? 5. As a business owner/manager and someone who should be committed to displaying exceptional customer service, it wasn't very much any of those things when you barged out screaming. I work in customer service as well. When you are dealing with two parties you should always understand what the problem is and how to get to a solution by staying neutral to both. Instead you did not care for any of that. You barged out SCREAMING telling me to "GET OUT". Is this how you resolve conflict? You are a one sided type of listener? 6. After you said I could not wash at your store I said okay and asked to go inside to get my stuff and you stood in front of the door and said "NO YOU. CANNOT GET YOUR CLOTHES". This is actually very insane because, why would you want to keep my dirty clothes hostage? That is so weird in so many ways. You refused to let me get my clothes and I just stood there doing nothing. You finally went inside once you saw the police car pulling up because you knew how ridiculous it would be to tell the officer you are blocking my way from getting my own dirty clothes back. 7. Ultimately we called the cops because you PUSHED my friend with your belly. You got in her face. This is the video the police officer saw and sided with us. I had never had an issue going to that laundry place, not even the parking phased me... til meeting you. You have horrible customer service. Everyone will surely get to know you at some point and I am sure everyone who happens to have a similar encounter or situation will end up seeing the nasty side you displayed. It's all a matter of time.
