I came to Walgreens again today to copy photos. I am so happy Jose was available to help me. He is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help. I am a very happy customer.

This place is literally the worst. From waiting over two hours for a flu shot with an appointment to hours in line to PICK UP a prescription. They usually have one person (or sometimes no one) working at the pharmacy. I only use for emergencies. And even then I would Get faster medicine in a crowded emergency department

Absolute worse pharmacy ever. I literally dread every time I have to pick up medication. Unfortunately, this is the pharmacy that's closest to me so I have to suffer from the worst customer service rotten attitude from the little girls that work here. Each and every time... like there hasn't been one time I've picked up my medication without issues. These little girls seem like they hate life and don't want to be there. You can hear it in their tone and see it on their face. Any one seems to be an inconvenience walking in or driving up.

We went to the pharmacy drive-thru tonight around 10pm, on a wet and rainy Wednesday to pick up my medicine. We were the 4th car in line so there were a bit of a wait. When it came our turn, the technician was cheerful and efficient, even at past 10pm. We paid cash for our meds, and she gave us our change in an envelope and she took the time to write a personal message on it. Thank you Miss, for your kindness, in an otherwise routine and impersonal transaction.

Racism alive and well in Tustin Walgreen. Employees gave off a very racist attitude. I was just purchasing am uber order and employees were.rude moment i.asked for.help and just gave off a reaply creeptly hills.have eyes kind of feeling. Employee continued to be rude and asked me.to.leave the store when i asked him to unlock item for purchase. Worst service ever .

who TF is running the pharmacy dept?? the main pharmacist here is a whole JOKE. She is super rude and does not know how to interact with humans. She doesn't have a sense of urgency ,yet always acts like customers are inconveniencing HER she doesn't honor vaccination appointments so what's the point of forcing ppl to make one? the female technician is the only saving grace in that department. AVOID THE PHARMACY HERE AT ALL COSTS

I work in health care and called the pharmacy for a new RX for a patient having surgery- RUDEST PHARMACY TECH- JULIO! I even had to ask him if I was bothering him! He literally took a deep, annoyed breath after EVERY question I answered for him! If you don't like your job Julio- quit! Worst customer service!!!!!

Pharmacy is terrible. My daughter had a 11:00 appointment for a rsv shot. Checked in with tech. An hr later she went up to the counter and the pharmacist asked what she was there for. The pharmacist checks her in but asks for insurance. All this was already done online but ok. Then says that she will need to call to verify. But does she call? No. She starts checking in other people. By then our confidence in their professionalism is gone and we decide to leave. No apology.. nothing. We weren’t the only people there who were unhappy with the service. They are unorganized and incompetent. Save your time. Got to CVS.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Had a pharmacy tech check me in for my scheduled appt for a RSV shot at 11am and told me to have a seat. It was not until 45 minutes later when a pharmacist asked if she could help me. I said ya I'm waiting for my RSV shot. She said oh can I have your insurance card. So I have no idea what the pharmacy tech even did initially, nothing apparently because this pharmacist was mot working on checking me in and getting my paperwork. Then the pharmacist had to use 3 different computers because was having issues putting in my insurance. Then she said have a seat I'll have to call your insurance. Then she proceeded to help people in line and was obviously not calling my insurance. So after waiting an hour I was fed up and decided to leave (which I should've done a long time ago) and go to CVS and had no problems there as a walk-in. As a walk-in I had better service at CVS vs. an appointment at Walgreens. The hour I was waiting at Walgreens I saw the pharmacy staff loose 2 peoples insurance cards as well. I wouldn't trust them here & never coming back. Don't recommend!I did not even get a "sorry." Just like a previous reviewer said on here the pharmacy staff just does not care whatsoever.

Waited an hour and a half for a kids vaccine appointment. Clearly understaffed but blamed the delay on "system" issues. While we waited, other patients also waited over an hour for their vaccinations.

Took 40 minutes for four cars. Poor customer service. Long waits every time. Our own doctors don't recommend them as a preferred pharmacy in Tustin.

Slow with prescriptions!!!! If you have multiple prescriptions to pick up plan on waiting for each one! If you doctor emails for faxes your prescription in don't plan on it being ready when you get there! You can be the only one in line and wait 10 minutes for them to even realize your are there. Then they'll gladly tell you 15 minutes and it will be ready. This will be the last time we use this pharmacy!

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. I feel like they are always busy and perpetually understaffed. I feel like there are often people hanging around who appear to be displaced or unhoused - sometimes inside the store, sometimes outside. I think it is cheaper than CVS, which is why I continue to come here but I'm not sure.
