I'm a mother of four kids and I have shopped at different consignments in the past. I had a great experience at Up Up and Away. I took my infant and toddler with me so it was a little rough. But the volunteers made it easier by helping me with my bags. I ended up leaving with multiple bags of clothes and unopened toys just in time for Christmas!! One of the owners helped me take everything to my car and loaded it up. I will definitely come back to this consignment again.

We happened to stumble across this store and luckily we did because we ended up taking 2-3 carts full of stuff ! Right in time for Christmas. Everyone was super sweet and helpful . My baby played in there for about 2 hours while we were shopping around then we came back later in the day to pick up more stuff and stayed another 2 hours . There were so many things to look at and so many great toys and items for your little ones . From clothes to shoes to learning activities to strollers , car seats and I bought a hiking backpack . Everything was taken great care of and cleaned really well . My mom and I really enjoyed it especially if you have a shopping addiction like us . We can't wait for the February shop

Apparently, they are only open for occasional pop-up events. You cannot just show up anytime and expect to browse the product because the doors are locked, the windows are blacked out and there’s no business sign. Wish I had known that before I drove there to see what they had in stock

I had a good experience with this consignment as a first time consignor (from the selling perspective); however, things turned sour at the end with my first buying experience because the large bounce house I purchased would not stay inflated & is pretty much defective when I tried to inflate it at home. Michele would not reply to me when I asked for a refund of the defective item so now I'm stuck with the item that should have been returned to the consignor that was selling the item. It just feels like I have to carry the burden of the seller that sold me a defective item since there's no way to check the quality of the item when it's an online sale & no room to inflate the huge house during pick up. No one appears to hold any responsibility, so this is a very poor buying experience. Would caution all buyers to be careful of your purchases as it seems to be no protection for buyers!!

This was my first time at a pop up consignment like this. Heard about Up Up and Away Kids Consignment last year, but didn't get the chance to attend as we were still moving. This year, I went on Thursday, which was the pre-sale day where you register online, then pay cash for entry depending on what time block you select (I went at 10 am - 10am - 2pm was $10). I thought, well, it'll be like paying for something to do if I don't end up buying anything. But I did have a list of things I wanted that I didn't really want to pay full-price for (e.g. a kitchen play set, outdoor play set, slide, etc.). There was already a line of about 20 people when I arrived a few minutes before 10am. This one is set up at the old Bally's gym (for those of you who remember) in the same plaza as Cream Pan. Parking was plentiful at that time. Entry was really easy as you just show them your confirmation, and you hand the cash to a woman at the door, and then you're staring at a ton of stuff all really well-organized by category. I was pretty impressed. You can place larger items on hold and you have a two-hour window in which to decide/pay, or you can extend the time if you are still shopping. Since I hadn't been, I just kind of wandered around, and the categories are amazing for some of the smaller stuff (trains/cars, musical instruments, etc.). Everything was in decent condition, except for maybe some of the books. They sold baby carriers, clothes, cribs, changing tables, I mean, pretty much everything you can think of. Some might require a bit of digging and time. I kept my toddler in the stroller the entire time, bc you don't want them messing with all the toys and they can't climb on the play sets. The aisles were big enough for my stroller (with some maneuvering around some toys that had been moved). It all depends on what you're looking for and the price at which the seller posts. I just kept comparing prices on Amazon, or I already had some in mind bc I had done some research before, so you're not going to get a killer deal on everything - people are still trying to make some money off their second-hand stuff!. But I left there with a ton of real metal Thomas trains in these grab bags for $5 each, a couple of electronic toys for $2 each, this year's Halloween costume for $10 which looked brand new. Anything that requires batteries already has batteries in it, so you can check to see if they're in working order. You can pay with credit card and there was no line to pay. I thought it was a great experience and I ended up spending about 1.5 hours there, surprisingly. I came home and disinfected all the toys, and my son is already enjoying them. Not sure what it'll look like on Sunday when entry is free and whatever's left is 50% off, but I might swing by just to take a look and compare.

I decided to give it a try again this year. It was a waste of time again. 90% of things I checked were overpriced. You are far better off waiting for sales at Target or shopping the Facebook marketplace for things like bikes, scooters, slide gyms etc. I'm guessing people don't realize. I literally laughed out loud a couple times when seeing how much they wanted for some stuff.

Most of the toys were dirty it wasn't just one here or there. If you like I can send you all the pictures I took. Maybe instead of spending time replying to the negative reviews as if they were lies, you could spend more time cleaning the toys you sell

I have been attending every sale at Up Up and Away Consignment for seven years. Every sale has amazing deals set by the sellers. The best experience has been to be a volunteer. The owners Michelle and her husband Dwight are so nice. They always greet me with a smile and are very polite to all volunteers and clients. Michelle's parents are also great with all the customers and volunteers. I have never experienced such appreciation from the business owners to its volunteers and clients. The sales are well stocked with a variety of gently used items and new. I appreciate that Michelle takes care of her consignors by having cashiers check tags vs items. This helps in case a consignor labeled the item with the wrong tag. I encourage everyone to shop at Up Up and Away Consignment!!
