This location is very friendly and helpful. The Manager Marleny is always willing to help. Every time I go they always help me as soon as I walk in.

The bank is very helpful in disputing any fraud and they are protective. They have the best rates! You get $50 if you refer someone to open an account!Marleny is excellent, compassionate, caring. Jackie is always helpful when manager is not there. Karen is sweet and a good listener and friendly. Karen has a great smile and always pleasant. Jacob is patient and friendly and kind.They are all good with numbers.

New location. Relocation of the Irvine Woodbridge Unify that closed. The "teller" was very helpful & enthusiastic. Easy to get to but hard to find. It had a small nondescript sign hanging over the entrance. Not easily seen from the parking lot...

This FCU is not able to send me my check for $40 for account closing for last 4 months... it just doesn't get any worse than this! Avoid this place at all costs.

I've been a member of the Credit Union for over 40 years from back in the day when it was Western Airlines employees credit Union. The credit union has spread from one or two locations in the 80's to numerous locations all over the country. This branch has been phenomenal with it's professionalism and conduct. Both of my children opened their accounts here and their first credit cards. The branch manager Marleny always comes out to great and always makes herself available if not with another customer. I have had nothing but good experiences and great service since this branch opened and I am more than pleased to conduct any in house banking here.

Really appreciate this credit union. Safety measures always taken, in a nice complex and THE friendliest staff. They help you with credit and have free atms anywhere there is a school's first atm. Been banking here for a few years and have zero complaints. Usually there are coffee and refreshments, with COVID in full swing unfortunately this extra perks are understandably no longer available. Thanks guys! My only complaint is quality of cards that the numbers rub off of if used frequently.
