This is the Ulta Store with the worst customer service I’ve ever been to. I had at least 5 bad experiences over the last 2 months. The people who work here are clueless, zero attention to customer, judgmental and shallow. One of the times I had 3 women behind the counter mocking my English accent. Next time I’ll make sure I record this and take it to social media. I hope management does something and hire qualified people.

The stylist SABRINA!!!! is my hair queen!!! I’ve gone back to her and tell everyone I know about how well she cuts/styles my hair. Her energy is immaculate and she’s got the sweetest disposition. You’re looking for an hour of peace and transformation go get a service from Sabrina, you will not be disappointed!! Got a fresh cut less than a week ago and it lays soooo well natural and styles PERFECTLY!! i got some amazing face framing layers and couldn’t be happier! thanks Sabrina!

(Writing this review cause my gf doesn't have Yelp.) Came in with my girlfriend to ulta to get her monthly makeup on a Sunday around 5:30 and holy.. the staff was so rude. The cashier didn't even greet or talk to her when she was going to pay. The security guy followed us around the whole store and made us feel absolutely awful and uncomfortable. Clearly tried to intimidate us. I asked my gf if the staff was always like that and she said yes! Are the employees forced to be there against their will or what? Those girls need a change of attitude or a different job.

The Hispanic security guard today was following me to the hair tools section after I was at the register asking the worker how to look up a foundation shade I purchased previously on the app. Really?

Worst experience ever. I was just in the store for about 45 minutes and not one person said, "Hi" or " Can I help you with anything?" I had workers say excuse but that was it. I stood next to at lease 3 workers total and no one said anything. I will not be coming back here again. I'd rather go to Sephora and pay more for excellent customer service and their products They go above and beyond to help me every single time. On top of the Horrible customer service nothing was stocked and their merchandise was all over the place. It was mixed up and I wasn't able to find anything.

One of the better Ultas I've been to! Selection is great, lots of Glamnetic nails which I've been obsessed with lately :) the workers are all very helpful and go above and beyond to show you were items are. I'll be coming back here more often!

I am usually a good comment person. However, I got the worse experience at this Ultra store. I just spent more than half of an hour to talk to customer service, to figure out what was happening.I did a return and before I left with my frds, I asked the cashier that am I getting my money back from the original payment method? The cashier said YES.And I haven't received my money back after like almost two weeks. I called and then I was told the refund process didn't get through... and I need to drive up there again to get the refund which absolutely should be done by the store side on that day.I have to find a day, driving far, to get what I suppose to have. If I didn't check my payment record, I wouldn't notice they DID NOT do the return!! That's awful and I didn't even get a sorry.

I recently visited Ulta Beauty for a pampering session, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped inside the salon, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. I had the pleasure of getting a haircut and color, and I was blown away by the results. The hairstylist took the time to listen to my desired look and offered valuable suggestions. They showcased excellent precision and creativity, leaving me with a hairstyle that exceeded my expectations. The color was beautifully blended, and I received numerous compliments on my new hair!.

This location is well stocked and the employees are much nicer. They have lots of natural hair products for African Americans so that's a HUGE plus! I prefer this location over the Jamboree one. It's neat, clean, easy to navigate, very well stocked, and the employees seem to care about their customers.

This is the best experience I had at an ulta store! I walked in just in sweats and not very dressed up since I've been having a hard time with the passing of a family member. I had run out of foundation and want to feel better about myself. Right away Jordan greeted me and asked if I needed a color match and help finding anything and I said yes. He had his coworker Matthew sit me down and prep my skin and used some new skincare products that made me feel 100% better! Thank you both for your kindness and making my skin and my day so much better!!

Overwhelmed mom lectured by smug register clerk.Was picking up makeup for my daughter for her upcoming dance competition. I was alone w 2 toddlers in tow so already a stressful trip. Got to the register and the clerk named Daisy had to ask me for my phone number 3 times bc she could not hear my # correctly. So I successively said it louder each time she asked me for it. Meanwhile my 1 kid is grabbing at the cart of minis they keep by the line and the baby is heading towards the door. She asked me for it AGAIN and: Me: "ok, does it matter? I don't need the points I'm in a hurry and gotta get out of here with my kids" Daisy: "ok you don't need to be rude" Me: "OK, I' m not frustrated w you, I'm just in a hurry and my kids are running around."Daisy: yea buts it directed at meMe: you'll understand when you're a mom Daisy: "Yea, and I won't be rude to people"At which point her manager stepped in and told her to back away. OK first off, read the situation. If u see a parent who is trying to keep your store from turning into a finger paint mural, maybe just let the person pay and be on their way. 2nd:people, especially parents, experience stress which can affect their tone. If they explain it's not at you- maybe don't add to the stress by lecturing the person and making them feel shittier in an already overwhelming situation. 3rd: have a little sympathy. Because this will happen to you someday, and yea you will be rude bc today what you did lecturing an overwhelmed mom and making her feel shitty like you'd do it better, that was pretty rude.
