I recently moved to the OC and decided to establish my primary doctor with this facility. The front desk staff is professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. I’m glad that I met my primary doctor here because during my first visit she made me feel comfortable and did not judge or disregard all the concerns that I had regarding my health. She answers my questions thoroughly and professionally. She recommends diagnostics and treatments that I feel are appropriate. I only got my blood drawn at the lab once. So far, they have been quite efficient getting patients in and out for blood work, although I went quite early in the day. I will continue to come here as long as they keep up the great service! ☺️

UCI doctors are bery good and experienced.But they charge you over and over the normal. They don't allow any discounts reviewing your charges.They charged me $790 for a 15 mins visit to a specialist because of my deductible.Note to Self, before you act rich, ask about the visit expecred fees before you go.Tustin Facility is good, but you need to go 15 to 20 mins to find the right suite if it is the 1st time to go.If you have another recommended Dr outside UCI please go, much cheaper

Came here on a Tuesday for their 5pm-9pm walk in hours. It was my first time here and came a little bit early like 4:45 to check if they were talking walk-ins at the stated times on their website because some reviews said the website is inaccurate. Turns out they were! The receptionist who checked me in, I believe her name was Maira, did such an excellent job! She was kind, respectful, and welcoming. I witnessed her explain a situation to an unhappy patient and she did a great job at handling the matter. If you are here for a walk-in, pretty much expect to wait as is true for all clinics with a walk-in. I waited about 40 mins to be called in. Another 15 mins in the rooms. The doctor that saw me was Dr. Maria Kim. She was AMAZING! I felt like she listened to everything I had to say and took her time to explain things to me. I felt comfortable talking about my symptoms and she made herself available to follow up if I felt worse by messaging her. I appreciate her so much and would recommend this doctor! She thanked me for waiting which I don’t see many doctors do. Great bedside manners and so friendly!

Came for walk in services. Website says they start at 10 but upon arrival she tells me they start at 11 and the website hasn’t been updated. However, can’t leave and come back bc there are just three slots before lunch (total) and one is already taken! Receptionist just said to someone “it’s a walk in so it could take 5 hrs, could take 7, there is no way to predict”. Yikes!

As the new year begins also physicals for the kiddos and many moms will agree with me on how hard it is to find a place with great doctors and great service. I called to schedule appointments for both my children and it was such an easy process. When you first check-in the receptionist sets it up on a tablet with all disclosures and gets your signature. One thing because obviously it's a medical place face-mask is required. Service is great all around. Dr. Kim is great and answered all of my concerns. We definitely left happy and ohhh almost forgot the lab staff are great.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this office and would like prospective patients to be aware that I was outrageously overcharged for the brief office visit with Dr. Lee. I am physician myself and came for the brief visit that lasted probably 5-10 min. I was charged $739!! For this shortest possible visit. No one who verified my insurance coverage mentioned the outrageous charge that my understanding is customary for this location. My attempt to figure out who should take care of adjusting the bill to reflect the service I received so far unsuccessful. Stay away from this office as far as you can.1/24/2023. I appreciate the response from Kaitlin B. Business manager who suggested for me to contact their billing department. Dear Kaitlin B. I am unsuccessfully trying for a week to reach someone from your billing department and no one returns my call. The person who I spoke to, Vicky was unable to answer my questions as to why I was billed for an hour office visit when in reality Dr. Lee saw me during 5-10 min appointment. Now I understand why this place has such bad ratings. My child appeared to have an earache and I rushed to get to the clinic before the 4:40pm cut off. I made it at 4:30pm and then stood in line while other people scheduled appointments for later in the week. When it was my turn, no greeting, just ignored while the clerk typed at her computer. When she finally was ready, she asked for the information, looked up my child and said "sorry we are at capacity." Even though my husband had called and put us on the waiting list. Meanwhile the waiting room is empty and there are only 2 other cars in the parking lot.The employees are more interested in leaving at 5pm on the dot than helping a sick child.

Wrong information listed on web. Tustin urgent care listed Sat opens at 9 am. I called, told me there is no clinic on Sat, asked to call Santa Ana where they may be open, then was asked to call Orange where they are open on Sat? And then again diverted to Tustin.Who is managing these clinics? Is there an Urgent care on Sat or not????? The staff doesn't even know.

If I could give them negative starts I would. This Chineselady with long dark hair; didn't get her name because shewas such a rude lady. Tried to treat me like a criminalwhen I came to take a drug test. I mean this she acted likeShe was protecting the president!! Excuse me you'recollecting other peoples urine you're no doctor. Seemedvery racist to say the least. For a normal drug test shewanted me to damn near strip my clothes off, check everypart of my body, left my shirt up and all. Check my anklesevery pocket small or not looking for something she madeup in her head I had as soon as she seen I was black. I had$1000 cash in my pocket and they have no where to storeyour belongings just leave on the counter wtf. Where isthe lock box for my personal things. Crazy part about itshe probably wouldn't do all that to your own kind orsomeone white and it showed. I let her know this isn't jail,I'm not a criminal!!! Do yourself a favor do not come tothis place at all.入东Help

Officially finding new facility. Haven’t been happy since my regular Drs (pediatrician & internist) retired. Every 2nd dose shot, they said just come in but when we did no one was able to help. This last time my kids needed physicals for school sports and their annual check up.Even though I told them on the phone when making appt, they told me once I wasThere they could only do 1 or the other. So because I Needed the forms filled out, we chose the physical and had to pay $$$. The annual would be fully covered but she wouldn’t fill out the forms. I realize it’s notThe drs fault but seriously paying $275 x 2 for the same thing an annual covers is ridiculous. AND she tried to sell meOn an EKG since they’re re playing sports even though they have no medical history to warrant this. I refuse to go back to let them make more $ off the annual.

Absolutely worst place I have ever been to see a doctor. I went to see a dermatologist, Dr. Min. Worst service ever and horribly rude. Could obviously tell she wanted to leave early, kept interrupting my mother and me. She stated oh you keep picking your skin over and over and I was like okay I get it and I understand it okay, but least I am not doing worse. I struggle with a lot of mental health issues and was trying to calm myself down. On the other hand, the staff was pretty kind to us. NEVER EVER SEE DR. MIN. rude rude rude. She needs to understand that actions have consequences and being kind isn't that bleeping hard.

They really need to update their website. Pediatrics is listed and urgent care for 2 and up yet when we arrived we were told that they no longer have pediatrics. Very frustrating when you are in need of urgent care for a child and their website information isn't updated or reliable.

Trust the reviews. I was ecstatic that there is a facility nearby. The receptionist told my mom who went here around 3 pm on May 27th to come back around 5 for walk-in. She arrived at 5:15 and they said they'll give her a call in about 3 hours. 3 hours go by and she never receives a call. She shows up and they tell her there's 3 people ahead of her so she waits there. She ends up being the last person and leaving around 9 pm. A couple of weeks go by and she has a procedure done. Her doctor prescribes some medicine and said to come back if symptoms get worse or if the medicine does not seem to work. Therefore, my mom shows up and the same front receptionist from her last visit tells her they can't help her because she's been there once before and they can't do anything. My mom is very confused because she told them that the doctor said to come back but the receptionist said that because she had been there once and it didn't help that she couldn't be there again. This made absolutely no sense firstly the doctor told her to go back if the medicine didn't work so why is a receptionist acting as the doctor. Also, why is she refusing patients? If they were too busy she could have told my mom to schedule an appointment or message her doctor but instead she basically told her to go away as if she didn't want to work with another person. I do not like that my mom said the receptionist was giving her attitude and refusing to let her see her doctor. My mom went in for abdominal pain 3 days after her procedure and wanted a different medicine so how could they not help her? The phlebotomist or whoever drew blood here was so bad too my mom said they put the needle in so badly that blood started spilling on the floor and they had to clean it up. I've never had that experience before and neither has my mom until she came here. My mom also said when they did a Covid test that it was abnormally painful because they stuck it in her nose too far back and she told them to stop but they continued. She's had swab Covid tests multiple times before but nothing like this. I will never recommend this place and it hurts that my mom who is not an English speaker received this kind of care.
