Monday morning, the service writer Alaine was very efficient including the team that works behind the scenes. My JGC was completed before the estimated completion time. I think it is really something that Jeep will complete a safety recall on a vehicle almost 10 years old. Maybe not true on all vehicles however that is the case with mine. My JGC has low miles and I do like keeping it like new. Thanks

Why does it take 2-3 days to diagnose with an appointment? Alaine you were not helpful. You didn't "advise" me about caring for my jeep. My presence seemed to... bother you? y'all's prices are outrageous on top of multiple inspection fees because y'all don't know what's really causing my engine light to be triggered. This is not a friendly place *to save money*if you're brown *If you're a woman *if good customer service is important to you*If you hate paying fees for everything *if you want efficiency

BTW it has been two days since I emailed Johnson King, Al Dimont and Nolan Letman about the problem and none of them bothered to answer!I have a car that has a recall for a dangerous computer error that can stop you in the middle of the road. That happened to me on Saturday which scared me, fortunately I was not on the freeway. I called Tuttle-Click service department at 3:43 PM, told him the problem and he scheduled me for a 10am service appointment today (Monday). Today I drove over to Tuttle Click on local roads with two stops in the middle of traffic after which for each I had to disconnect and reconnect the battery to reboot the computer- sitting in the middle of traffic on Tustin Ranch Road. To my relief, I managed to coast into Auto Center Drive in neutral. When the service manager told me you "don't do Fiat computer service", I was surprised since the service department knew it was a 500e and gave me an appointment me to come in at 10 am. Then I couldn't drive the car safely, so I was stuck at the service department. I explained to the service manager that I was told by the Saturday service person to come in. She said that the Saturday person answering phones was not the actual service personnel. Really!I told her I am only in this difficult situation because someone at Tuttle Click gave me the wrong information, certainly not my fault and could she arrange to get the car to Orange Coast Chrysler for the service, her response was "not our business" and I have to call a tow-truck myself to get it out of the lot and pay for it myself. I pointed out that this was a mistake by Tuttle Click and they had some responsibility for the situation. She brusquely said not her problem and handed me Fiat's main phone number. And this is after she claimed it is a problem with the Saturday person answering the phone and it needs to be corrected.I had arrived at 10 am and by the time I arranged for a towtruck and stayed by my car, it was 3 PM when it finally got towed to Orange Coast Chrysler. Five hours wasted and a credit card charge for towing all because the Saturday service department didn't know their business and gave me a useless apppointment. In contrast, Orange Coast Chrysler was polite and helpful.

Charged for diagnostic but only looked at one issue. They also said they can’t service the issue because they are afraid that my 11 year old car from Michigan (salt on the roads) is too rusty. I have been to 4+ mechanics for this same problem and no one else has complained about the rust ever. It is a standard amount of rust for a car from a northern state. They told me that if I have the money, getting a new car is the only way to solve this problem otherwise I will have to spend thousands on something that might not work.

Start by saying the people are always nice and friendly and try to be helpful. However there are a few things about my experience that were frustrating. When I called I confirmed with the man on the phone at least two times that I would have an Uber available to take me home and pick me up to bring me back to the dealership which he said twice would not be an issue but when I arrived I was told that I could only have an Uber one way, leaving me without a car.I had an appointment for 8am Friday, but was able to come in early and was the first car in the service line before the dealership opened that day. I didn’t get an update until Tuesday which let me know that my car would be looked at later that day. Seems to me that if you have an appointment your car should be looked at during the time you booked your appointment for and not several days later. Because you guys no longer offer loaner vehicles (which I asked about when I dropped off) I was without a car until Wednesday afternoon. There was also a $215 charge just to inspect the vehicle which seems high. All in all, not the best customer service experience. I get the feeling that the focus is more so on making a profit and less about customer experience.

This pos dealership is in the running for worst dealer on planet earth... slam dunk for orange county. The sales staff are an obvious throwback to the auto sales guy cliches. 2/3 of the people in the insanely long service line were trying to address problems caused by the mechanics there.Let me try to find a redeeming parting shot... nope, I got nothing.

William, my service advisor, was helpful and friendly. I hadn’t been able to get my vehicle smogged due to a computer issue that I caused. He connected me with the right tech and they had my vehicle repaired within hours on the same day for a fair price.

I ordered a vehicle from Tuttle-Click CJDR and had to cancel the order a month later. They refuse to give me my deposit back. They do not return my emails, or phone calls. I recommend not giving giving this dealership your business.

Good service tech, Eric. ??. Speed was 10x better than June of 2023 (last one it took too long for diagnosis). This time it was “normal” timeline. No complaints overall but price was a higher than expected. Service and communication was good. I’ll go back for sure.

Christian and Dominic were so professional and helped me find the perfect car. The leasing process was a breeze. Easiest transaction ever. Everyone at this dealership was kind and professional. Christian continued to check in with me to ensure that everything went smoothly. Couldn’t be happier.

It was ok. I brought my jeep in because the infotainment system malfunctioned which thankfully was covered by the extended warranty. I also asked them to check the front brakes. They wanted $1800 to fix them plus change the oil and flush the engine. That seemed like too much to me so I said no thanks I'll look elsewhere for the other work. The service representative gave me a bill for $215 for "diagnostic work", not sure what diagnostic work was performed but if it was for the infotainment system their should not be a charge since it was covered. Maybe he meant brake inspection? Would think thats a standard service they do for everyone. I was only able to talk him down to $107 which is more reasonable but I left feeling like the guy was just trying to squeez money out of me, and was not trying to provide any value.Follow up- Thanks for the response to my review. I'm not really interested in an explanation at this point. The explanation I was given from the service advisor was "Well, you have to pay something!" LOL. Ok. Also why would say you are disappointed to see my review? You should say thank you for your review, after all you solicited the review from me. I was generous with the 3 stars I initially gave you. Now you get 1.

All the staff at Tuttle-Clicks Tustin Jeep dealership was very professional and nice. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership so far.Tony was very attentive. He answered all the questions I had before deciding which car to get which helped me make a decision!

Highly recommend the service department at Tuttle-Click! I had the pleasure of Moe being my service advisor and he was very honest, thorough and professional. He explained in detail the issue, what it would take to repair and any costs necessary to move forward and get my JeepCherokee back on the road and safe to drive! Appreciate the care and communication provided as well as the service technician, Tom Perry, for making this bummer of a repair to the wallet, a valuable consumer experience!

Regular service (oil change/tire rotation) for our '21 Jeep Rubicon 4xe went as expected, ... easy checking in, great customer service from Moe who kept us updated on the status until it was ready for pickup. Pick-up was just as easy and friendly, when touching base with Moe again before checking out with the Cashier. Showroom and overall facility was pristine, clean and organized....definitely considering another Jeep(s) for our family in the future.
