Christine Reyes is an outstanding salesperson. Our experience was FABULOUS. We came to discover a Venza. We hopped in and as we took it for a drive Christine introduced us to the Venza. Christine knew every aspect and she made it simple to understand. We fell in love with the car and we couldn't have had a more wonderful salesperson than Christine

We brought our car back to the dealership to repair a mud guard that was left unsecured during our last maintenance 2 weeks ago. We did not have an appointment but Jordan accommodated us and made sure the car was fixed in the quickest possible time. Thank you Jorden and thank you Toyota!

I get my car serviced here every 5k miles and Carlos Adame does a great job ensuring that my service is done accurately and promptly. I have had other advisors and they don’t seem to care. As long as Carlos is there I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to this location. Thank you Carlos, you are awesome!

they will tell you what you need to hear. once signed, you set off and won’t keep their word with what was proposed. my family has purchased many vehicles from here and something always comes out after that was shady. mario is the head guy and the one that keeps the word the least. do better mario. took a while but we finally learned our lesson and will avoid this place and all its sales people :( free subway is not worth it .. run.

!Best Place To Buy A Car!
Let me tell you why. Today I went in interested in the 2020 CHR. I was helped almost immediately by Mario. He was there throughout the whole experience and exceeded expectations. Raul was his right hand man and made sure all our needs were meet. The time spent there was full of patience and understanding. Would 100% recommend anyone and especially first time buyers to get their first car here. They made it easy for me and made it unforgettable. Thank you Tustin Toyota :)
honestly, only wrote this for an “extra deal” i was never given. i would completely avoid this place now. they took advantage of a kid at the time and never keep their word when it came to all that was mentioned. i admit, i play part in not knowing enough but, mario runs a tight ship in shady business that keeps them in business. the consumer is good the first year or two but once real problems arise he is quick to not respond or just throw another car at you … deflecting from what he told you, he could do it at the beginning of the purchase :/ let’s do better tustin toyota because other toyota locations do :)

My name is Yolanda Alvarado, it would take literally hours to describe my car buying experience if, I’d were to try to narrate it thoroughly but, I must let the world know about the world class, top of the line professionalism I was served with, my husband and I had been looking at the need for me to have a different kind of car than, the one I had, we arrived at Toyota of Tustin and a well spoken gentleman approached us, Ever his name, right away his demeanor made us feel at easy, and for the next hour and a half he patiently and, professionally explain and answered all our question ( I thought “what a guy”) after a little while longer I knew I wanted the car I had set my eyes on, that’s when Mario comes into the picture to take us deeper into the world of numbers that would make sense for me and my husband to make a well informed decision so, after a moment decision making process, my husband and I felt convinced we were in great hands but, wait !!! The party is not over, along comes “ Vicente Fernandez” ( oops Vincent Fung) and takes us into his studio where he delighted and treat us to a “vip” front row show of his masterful skills in explaining the finances and, were everything makes sence, the proceses took us to the lte hours of the evening, but they stayed with us to the end specially Ever, to whom we wild like to give him special thanks, please know, this has been the best we’ve ever had , thank you, thank you!!!!
