I went into this store to check my Toyota 2022Mirai,What I received today was James MartinThere is an abnormal noise in the back of my car. James patiently handled this problem for me. Although I speak Chinese and can't speak English, he patiently helped me solve the problem with translation software. I was very moved by James's serious and sincere treatment of customers. I am very grateful to meet James today. Today is my lucky day.I hope everyone can be lucky to meet James.

Bought a set of wheel locks from the parts counter. Was advised to walk over to service and they’ll put them on. Asked the service advisor to have them put on. He looked bothered and said we don’t have tools up here and to have them put on it’s a 3 hour wait.
Im able to do it at home with a torch wrench but since I bought the part at a premium from the dealer would’ve been considerate to put them on. Couldn’t have taken any longer than filling air in tires.
Parts guys did their job unfortunately the service department didn’t want to follow through. It’s a shame that it takes one guy the day after Memorial Day who’s dreading to be there to screw up the experience. Clock out and go home. Treating people like they are at the deli counter isn’t helping the customer or your coworkers. Try to be reasonable at minimum.

I took my RAV4 Hybrid in for regular maintenance. My car has 17,000 miles on it and the maintenance light was on. I have been going to a different dealership but decided to try Tustin as it is slightly closer to my home. I asked which service I was getting. Eric said I would get an oil change and a tire rotation. Then he said "and we can change the filters for you" When he quoted a price about $250, I did seem surprised and said, "that's a lot." When I reviewed the invoice it said that I had been given a 30K service. That upset me. I don't really think I needed the filters changed and I should have been given the option. At no time did he tell me he was doing the 30K maintenance. I complained and paid and then went out of my way to talk to Eric and let him know that he should have been clearer about my options. Instead of apologizing he just began to argue trying to blame me for the problem. I told him I would not be coming back and that there would be a negative review. Everyone else was polite. I made it clear to all of them that I was "trying" them out. I believe that Eric simply treated me as an older woman who knows nothing about cars and can afford to pay so what. I will be using a different dealer in the future.

Check the air pressure of your tires when you pick up your car! Also mark your tires so you know for sure that they have been rotated. Friendly intake people and perpetually sloppy maintenance crew.

Recently had a bad experience there, and the service manager I was working with treated me disrespectfully and was not empathetic to a situation that was his fault. I believe I was quoted a service labor amount that was highly inflated and grossly not in line with the level of effort required for a repair. I will take my service elsewhere and it is a shame that I cannot leave any other information here because of the possibility of disclosing further personal information. The greeter agreed with me when I left and said that if there’s no respect then there’s no business. I’ll leave it at that and I will never return to this location for service or purchase.

Please indicate we need to call service dept instead of parts for recall campaigns on appt website! Wasted 20 mins of mine & employees time! Parts dept cannot order parts until service dept opens ticket/issue/order. Service areas need tables with outlets for people with laptops. I have to choose sitting in a chair developing arthritis vs a table with no electricity. Power bank still has price tag on it LOL

I've been coming to this service location for years. Feels like service has slowed down over the years. Before it would take an hour and a half. Now three.
Before they would wash your car, now they won't.
There were complimentary snacks in the past and now there aren't.
A bit frustrating being a long time customer.

Worst Toyota currently, rude staff - Anaheim, Orange, garden grove all other Toyota has shuttle and doesn’t make you wait and gets you either Uber or Lyft but Tustin Toyota - 1 van and old driver and every single person has to wait for almost 1 hour so that only one van is available and then it will take another hour to be dropped off because at once they have a lot people to drop off
The rudest is the shuttle service lady
Every other Toyota has shuttle on Sundays until 4pm - but Tustin I don’t know for what possible reason only until 12:30
That’s ridicules
My last time in Tustin Toyota - I would prefer 5 mile extra drive but I would be taken care of good as a loyal customer.

There was a discrepancy between the promised discount on the phone and the actual service received. The communication could be improved to avoid such misunderstandings. Additionally, I felt a bit undervalued during the interaction. It's important for all customers to be treated with equal respect, regardless of gender. I hope these aspects can be addressed for a better customer experience. Other than that, the oil change was okay.
