I have recently completed the final payment for my vehicle through Tustin Toyota, a milestone I anticipated with eagerness. However, my overall experience with this dealership has left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated, prompting my earnest desire to conclude any further engagement with them.Throughout this endeavor, our interaction with Sam, who works in the pre-owned department, was marked by an evident lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Following the transaction, it became an arduous process to hold him accountable for the commitments he had initially made in the sale. From not adding the service package I purchased to my account to not making the repairs that were promised the purchase of this vehicle was nothing but a hassle and felt like I had to argue with Sam to get anywhere.Sam's conduct has been consistently characterized by rudeness and disrespect. In particular, my pursuit of a refund for my gap insurance encountered significant resistance. Despite my insistence that my gap insurance was affiliated with Toyota, Sam repeatedly redirected me to contact my lender, dismissing my claims. Eventually, he conceded the accuracy of my assertion. However, he discouraged me from pursuing the refund, asserting that the amount, $125, was too negligible to warrant my attention. It is important to underscore that the value of $125, while not exorbitant, is a matter solely within my discretion to evaluate. In reflection, were I to hold a position of authority over Sam, his conduct would not meet the standards I uphold for this establishment. However, my prior attempt to address concerns with the higher management of this dealership led me to realize that the challenges I encountered may well originate from a broader systemic issue permeating from the upper management. While reaching the milestone of settling my car payments is a gratifying achievement, the regrettable service experience with Tustin Toyota, notably with Sam, has significantly marred this otherwise positive occasion.

Accompany a friend to buy a car. My friend said that although it is farther away, the price is also cheaper.

Spoke to Sam, he offered $1K over my best offer on my car. I showed up to find that they weren’t able to honor the price. Waste of time.

My husband and I had a Tacoma with 325,000 miles on it. Yes, he was very picky about taking care of his oil changes. He struggled with leaving his old Tacoma truck, but they gave us exactly the perfect truck! I would recommend Tustin Toyota to everyone. They were patient with the heartache of leaving a historical piece of Toyota behind, and The gentlemen that helped us, Tarek Abdelmuti, was so patient and kind with serving us. He gave us a future ride that we are excited to make new memories with. He listened attentively to what we wanted and gave it to us. It was so simple and a seamless purchase. Thank You Tarek for our beautiful Toyota Tacoma, You are a fantastic!!!
