Dr. Laura and her staff are amazing! They really go above and beyond and treat you like a friend. They aren’t pushy and they honestly care about your pet. So happy I came here for my three kittens.

SO happy I found Dr. Laura! She and her staff are FANTASTIC! From Samantha, Mia, & Jaidyn at the front desk to her Vet Techs...Jessica & Ryan. Everyone was very knoweldgeable, helpful, personable, and compassionate. My dog recenlty had his teeth cleaned. While he was under anesthesia they released his anal glands, trimmed his nails, and treated an ear infection. My only regret is that I waited too long to get his teeth cleaned. He had two teeth that needed to be removed. Everything went smoothly and my dog is now SUPER happy!!! Do not hesitate to take your animal to see Dr. Laura and do not wait to have your animal's teeth cleaned. Your animal will thank you for it!

Compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, affordable and I couldn't be more grateful. I was sent here for chest xrays and discovered my dog's cancer was consuming his lungs. They didn't put him through more than absolutely necessary as laying down made it hard for him to breath. The vet was kind yet matter of fact, not giving me false hope and preparing me for what to expect. They helped me to help him stay as comfortable as possible until the very end. And when that time came they stayed by my side and again explained every step and what to expect. I cannot possibly repay them for their guidance and compassion.

I recently got a new kitten and have been taking her here for her shots. Dr. Laura is great and all the front desk girls are so sweet and nice. I always hate taking the baby because I know shots are no fun but look forward to seeing everyone. They are so sweet to my kitty and everyone in the office is so nice and professional :)

I called to get pricing for a biopsy and they wouldn’t even give me a price. It seems like the kind of place that will charge you more if you look like you have money. Kinda shady when every other vet around has their prices listed out .

No compassion. I called to request a same day emergency consultation, even agreed to the extra charge for emergency consultation and was turned down by the Vet because they were fully committed. I will never take my pets here ever again, sad to say because I've been coming here since some odd 30 years ago (not the same pets). I even said my pet is displaying signs that she may be dying.

We took in one of our cats a few weeks ago and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly. Dr Laura was very thorough, patient and gave us very simple straightforward advice. We didnt have to wait long at all and fortunately there was nothing seriously wrong with the cat.Unfortunately we took our second cat in today and the news wasnt so good. The problem is much more serious. Dr Laura again was great. After a thorough examination she presented all of the options without any pressure. She spent plenty of time explaining all of the details and did not rush us at all. In fact when I checked out and paid for the visit I almost felt guilty because her prices were so reasonable. She, and her entire staff, clearly do their job because they love animals and want to help people.I would HIGHLY recommend going to Tustin Santa Ana Vet Hospital!

SO happy I found Dr. Laura! Dr. Laura and her staff are amazing! Very professional, yet personal at the same time. She and her staff have taught me so much! They are so patient and make sure I understand how to administer all medications before I leave. You can't go wrong with Dr. Laura and her crew. I've only had positive experiences with all of them...Dr. Laura, Dr. Krauss, Molly, Jackie, and Nikole. My animals feel very comfortable here and that makes me super happy!!!

This has been my go to veterinarian since 2004. I worked in a law office that had an animal rights attorney, who has seen many vet malpractice suits, and this clinic is the only one that does their due diligence and provides incredible care. They love your animals as much as you do. I have recommended this clinic to many of my friends and families and they have become repeat patients. I only take my pets to Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary.

Amazing Staff, super-friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Laura such a pro, established quick rapport with our dog then completed a full diagnosis to assess the problem. Our Pup is a happy camper because of this team!

Listen, I don't go on yelp because I'm in a bad mood or as revenge. I do it so you don't suffer like my family did. I waited over 2 weeks to post this. Go look at her other 1 star reviews, I wish I listened. Hannah G had a very similar experience as mine where a serious underlying condition was neglected just for a cleaning. This was the biggest mistake of my life, I will forever feel guilt and shame for trusting her. Please find a vet with EMPATHY and logic. Laura, you failed us. But most of all, you failed Tygr. My dog tygr was brought to Dr. Laura for a check up, she only said his teeth needed to be cleaned. Note that she failed to uncover that he had an AGGRESSIVE cancer. Yes, they ran tests and did an X-ray of his chest/legs. They overcharged like crazy, $250 for each extraction when there's vets that do it great for $50. Plus, when she walked in she didn't even greet or acknowledge Tygr. Huge red flag. Surgery came out to 2k (cleaning + mass removal, which I will talk about). A week after his initial visit with her (Dec. 27), he had punctured his tongue. Looking back at a video I have of him in her office, you can SEE A MASS ON HIS TONGUE!! So before the surgery, Tygr had a strange wounded growth on his tongue that wasn't healing. WE brought it to her attention, and while she was doing the cleaning- she thought the best choice would be to remove the whole mass and still do a cleaning/ extractions (which was destructive looking back) and biopsy it. As if removing a part of his tongue wasn't invasive enough. The mass needed to be the #1 priority. I felt that it wasn't for her. Oh, and she originally told my mom this mass was nothing to worry about!! A week later (a Friday), I call and tell them our boy isn't well. We need to bring him in. I told them he has a new mass on his lip, and they said the soonest time I could bring him in was Monday. I wish we had been advised to go to the ER. She was so nonchalant that we didn't realize how bad it was at the time. Comes Monday, we drop him off at 10 am. We don't get him back until 4 PM. It was a curbside drop off, which we didn't do last time. But I was like ok, she's probably really busy. She calls us at 4 pm and tells us he has an aggressive cancer. Keep in mind, she knew the biopsy results already when we dropped him off and said NOTHING almost all day. Says she's already known since Saturday. Okay, WOW! Why not email to at least give us time to get him an oncology app, or to be aware of what's going on. Wish we weren't so trusting of her. We get the pathology report, he has poorly differentiated plasmacytoma. Our poor Tygr had the mass on his tongue for at least over a month, but not even a week after the surgery with her, it spread to his entire tongue (lesions all over), his lips, nose, lymph nodes, and was even on his leg. So, he had cancer before the surgery, when he was in her care. Wasn't she suppose to make sure our dog DIDN'T have a problem like this and was healthy??!!! Especially before a CLEANING. I told her he wasn't this bad before the surgery, that he was okay. She basically said yes it can happen sometimes. It took me calling their office so many times that day to get ahold of her because my dog has CANCER. She didn't help us see an oncologist any faster, we were put to wait for March 22nd. Took him to another vet, they helped. They explained in detail what was wrong with him, how to care for him. Anyways, on February 10th we had to put him down. He had a tumor growing in his throat that was obstructing his breathing. He had surgery on January 21st. That's not very long ago. I wish I met my current vet before Laura. Maybe I would have had more time with my brother. He didn't deserve this, no animal does.

We were excited to introduce Dr. Laura and her caring staff to our rescue puppy for his first vet visit. From the moment he walked in to check in, Nicole and Molly made him feel welcome. His time with Dr. Laura was thorough and she is helping us deal with a pesky giardia infection. She let us know how to protect our other dog and two cats from infection. The visit was a success and we know that Cooper will welcome his next visit to this animal hospital.

I am very upset by the staff. The person who answered the phone was Chelsea and she ignored me and did not want to help my cat. She gave me a nasty attitude as well and yelled at me! She even put the blame on a coworker. How unprofessional! Please avoid this clinic! When I went in person I noticed each of them was Caucasian; seems like they're racist and should employ a more diverse staff.
