DO NOT USE THESE CHARGING STATIONS!!!!! THEY UPCHARGE THE PRICE BY OVER 100% so messed up. The stations were not working so I called support and had them reset. Two different sales men came through the parking lot to engage with me about the chargers but no one explained to me that the pricing would be extremely uncharged. Over $10 to put 7 miles on my car.

Came here for a warranty repair of my roof due to defective white paint from the factory. Did an OK job (3* for average) on the roof, but left obvious paint ridges from taped edges. There was also dust and debris all over the interior of my car (-1* for this), including some paint spots on my leather seats. I was able to scratch off the paint spots and they cleaned the dust out, but seriously, what happened to protecting everything else that isn't included in the job? To their credit, the paint itself has been ok for the past year and a half (hasn't peeled or anything, so +1* for longevity of work).They also broke my roof rail cover attachments, which was pretty obvious when I went to go pick up the car because one was sticking up way more than the other and could be pushed down before springing back up. They brought it to the back to "fix" it but just didn't really fix it. Figured I could do a better job, so I just took it home and looked at the part myself. They broke two of the three attachment points (not something I could have broke because they were already floating/not attached when I went to look at it)(-1* for damages). It actually would have been as simple as walking across the street to the dealer, ordering the replacement, and having fixed it before telling me my car was ready. This just shows you they lack quality control.Thankfully, it was just a $16 part, but these guys don't seem to take care of your car. I've got another repair to do because a tire shop damaged my car last week, but I sure as heck won't be coming back here.

One of the local dealerships referred me to John for advice on a "backup oops" on my bumper. John was simply awesome. He took care of me efficiently and professionally, and always with a great attitude! I would return for any future repair needs (knock on wood)!

Our new Honda CRV was rear-ended, and we wanted it repaired by a reputable collision repair center. We were NOT disappointed when we chose the Tustin Ranch Collision Center. The work performed was spectacular. You'd never know our new vehicle had been damaged. The staff were professional in every respect, and our assigned repair advisor/specialist Jesse kept us informed, and ensured every minute detail was addressed. Great job!

This business must not need or want new business these days. We used them a few years ago through insurance and didn't have any major issues. We have a new area on the same car that needs repair so my husband brought the car in for an estimate. The man he spoke with tried to convince him to go somewhere else (the location near the Tustin Mazda) but finally agreed to give an estimate (but didn't write down any information which we thought was odd.) We never heard back and it has been over two months. What a way to run a business. Very strange experience.

Great pricing and get value. Got my rear bumper fixed for less than a grand here. (I did buy the part) But overall the labor and paint job was great!?

Blake was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The team did an excellent job on repairing my Toyota Tundra. The work was well done & the paint was perfectly matched. After a day or two, I noticed a minor issue. With enthusiasm and a desire to ensure my satisfaction, Blake immediately scheduled the repair. The minor issue was resolved quickly & completely.To a business owner, Customer Satisfaction is Worthless; However, Customer Loyalty is Priceless. I am now a loyal customer. I will recommend TRC to my family & friends, and I will use TRC should I ever have the unfortunate need to repair vehicle damage.Well done, Blake & Team!

My first ever experience with having to go to a collision center and I gotta say, I am so happy I chose Tustin Ranch Collision. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and transparent during the whole process. And while it took a little bit longer to get parts due to the pandemic, they still found a way to quickly find a part for me that was going to take well over a month! Blake was my estimator and helped me throughout the whole process and he was such a delight to do business with. And in terms of repair, the car honestly looks better than when I picked it up from the dealership. A cone ripped my bumper cover, and had to get the cover, grill, and other components replaced and repainted. Even a portion of my right fender had to be worked on but you can't even see where they worked and I'm an extremely picky, opinionated person when it comes to presentation. I am beyond happy with the work they did and I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I can't say enough positive things about James, Jon and the team at Tustin Ranch Collision! Had a pretty deep scratch on my hood repaired and repainted, then came back a second time to replace my rear bumper. The quality of their work is excellent if not better than a dealership.Really great service, very polite, responsive and reliable. I would 110% recommend to anyone. I was told word of mouth about this collision center & once My car accident happened I went the day of and was assisted. Not only were they attentive, fast, professionals but they had my back even when my insurance refused to get my parts new and kept going for the cheap option. They worked great at making sure the quality of my car was going to be well worth the wait! Jon assisted me and made sure I was taken care of and made me feel good about the car crash accident. Not only did the customer service wow me but my car looks brand new with a great detail??I’ll come back and edit the post with the after photos in the day time.Again thanks Tustin ranch collision center!

I went to Tustin Ranch Collision very upset after my garage door “crashed” onto my opened lift gate of my SUV. I had already gone to one place & was disappointed with their attitude & advice. As soon as I pulled into Tustin Ranch Collision, I was greeted by Jon and put at ease immediately. He was so kind, professional and honest. It ended up that he was able to fix the situation without any bodywork. He ordered the damper stay parts that I needed and solved the issue. He even fixed my squeaky driver door. I am a single woman and have had some bad experiences in the past with car issues. Jon is very trustworthy & will take good care of you. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest and great service!

After dealing with another local collision repair center and not too pleased, went to Tustin Ranch for a second opinion. Not only did Blake work with me to get reduced replacement parts cost, our car was returned to us looking great. They even detailed the engine compartment, looked like it just rolled off the dealer floor. Absolutely recommend TRCC!!
