There’s a lot of bad reviews on this place I just noticed so felt the need to throw mine out there. I love this place! I get dip mani and gel pedi and have always gotten the best here! It lasts so long and for the same price or like $3 more than the cheap spots where my nails start peeling off after 3 days- no brainer! This is my personal favorite local nail spot hands down

Very affordable price for the variety of services. I absolutely love the top 2 pedicure packages, callus removal is actually effective rather than just the 2second scrub I’ve experienced at other places. I travel all the way from Santa Barbara county because I’ve yet to find a better place in my opinion.

I do not recommend this spot at all. They have the worst costumer service. My wife went in for acrylic nails and my daughter for a manicure. They did a poor job when we asked them to fix them. They made us wait 30 min and still didn’t address the issue. We DO NOT recommend this place. Don’t waste your time and money.

They took me in with no appointment and had two people working on my mani and Pedi at the same time. It was relaxing and they were all very nice.

The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was very quick and nicely done. I was greeted upon entry and even offered white wine. Definitely coming back

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Any absolute waste of money and time. Horrible experience. Went in for a simple manicure, nails have already been cut so I was looking for basic file and color. The manicurist was extremely rude, made each nail a different shape even though I requested square. The polish is smudged, uneven, and blotchy. A huge waste of money and time. Did not use lotion or oil. Gave me dirty towels, very unsanitary, and used a dirty bowl with garbage floating around in it.

I used to go to lush nails on 17th street but never again, this place is wayyyyyyy better. Each time I go the ladies are super sweet and they take their time with what you want exactly. If you particularly like acrylic nails so far Michelle has been so precise and on point with my nail designs. Highly Hightly recommend this place

An experience to remember. They stayed open for a few of us ladies way beyond their normal hours. Matter of fact , it was nearly 9 pm . Us girls chatting it up . Strangers that made short talk , laughed , and we even all ended up getting fairy dust nails ?. ( hard to find in OC ) Goes to show being polite, tipping well, etc goes very far . There’s a reason we all go out of our way to get our nails done here . Yesterday was confirmation, that they value their loyal customers. Beyond speechless of their loyalty

well, I have been coming to organic nails and spa maybe like three times already came here after another nail salon gave me a really shitty experience with nails. This nail salon fix the other one which I was super happy about kept keep coming back two more times took a break and I came back. Had an idea of acrylic yellow French tips. I even showed a picture of it. The nail tech that help me was Pauline she started doing my nails as she was starting to do my nails. I noticed she was doing them different. I am mediately guys thought it was gel X nails I wasn't so thrilled about it, but I let it happen just to try them out, she continued to do them, but then she got a phone call. It wasn't work related it was a friend talking about her personal life to her. She was doing them and still talking on the phone. She was getting so many interruptions with her friend then a client came for gift card and then another phone call to make an appointment that same day with all their interruptions. She proceeded to do whatever she wanted with my nails. I ended up disliking them. I wish I could've said something but I felt bad and I felt like why didn't you say something before but I couldn't see the whole view of the nail until she was done with him. She put a pink color under the yellow, which I did not like and I didn't ask for a Yellow that I did not chose and she chose because she kept saying that it was a new pallet that they just got. Overall this place has good nail technicians just in my opinion not Pauline.

Costly service! $93 for full acrylics (DIP) and gel pedi. They're work is good though. I've gotten my eyebrows done here before too. I wouldn't recommend them for that. They half ass your brows. Mani and pedi are worth the $ if you can spend but they do try to include extra charges. Pretty shady. I RECOMMEND REQUESTING A RECEIPT WITH BREAKDOWN OF SERVICE. I don't put past them tryna up charge for no reason. Pretty happy the results tho so I'll stay paying for now lol

$24 for removal of gel polish and cuticlethe worst service ever. I could did not get the nail technician’s name but she should not be allowed to service anyone. Almost cut my skin when trimming and left my nails like this. She did not once apologize. I paid and tipped and left. I do not wish anyone to go through that type of experience. Please consider a different practice.

The worst customer service! Even though I've been coming here for a while, they show preferences among the clients. I complained about a manicure done there and they blamed it on the nail polish, never owned responsibility Never coming back The guy who does manicure is bad!
