Came for a yearly service and the cost was 2x what I was used to paying at Lexus in Serramonte. I had an issue with the TPMS which couldn't report data properly. The service center quoted me $1000 to replace all 4 TPMS saying "the batteries must be bad".Instead I went to a tire shop... who notified me that there was a nail in my tire. They performed a pro-bono repair and now the TPMS work absolutely fine. Save your money and stay away.

Brando and the service team are pleasant and helpful every time I bring my car in for service. They’re great at communicating my choices and get the job done fast. It’s also a plus to get a new Lexus loaner to drive while my car is being worked on.

We worked with Salesperson Scott to purchase our RX 350 and he was incredible! This was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave us our space to make our decision. He was not pushy, which we hate and there when we needed him. It was a wonderful car buying experience and you will not be disappointed.

Just purchased UX250 at Tustin Lexus, and I had the best experience purchasing a car there! Alex K. was very patient and thorough in walking through my different options as well as the functionality of the model I was interested in. David S. was also very helpful and supportive at getting my financing approved. All the procedures were explained to me in detail. I'd recommend this dealership (and especially Alex) to anyone! I'd also want to extend my appreciation for all of Alex's and David's help!

I bought my car in here because I had a warning light on temporarily. I have a 2015 RX 450h. The service guy took my car to have it checked out and about 1.5 hrs later told me that I needed my transmission replaced & there was metal in my transmission fluid. He quoted me an extraordinary amount and told me that I could get a free rental car. I told him I would think about it. He then asked me who I needed to talk to to make the decision and I told him my conscience because I wasn’t going to spend that type of money on an 8 year old car. I then took my car to a transmission shop and had my transmission drained and serviced and there was nothing wrong with my car. Watch out for the service department and get 2nd opinions.

Avoid them - dishonest!8/22/2023: Addendum #2 to the original review below: I spoke to Lexus Corporate again. To their surprise, per the national Lexus computer, there has been no service ever done on my car, which is obviously false. This could theoretically impact my new car purchase warranty!! Corporate then opened up a 2nd case file against this dealership since they are apparently required by Lexus to record all service and maintenance appointments. So, I assume the dealership either never recorded the service or deleted my electronic file! Good thing I kept the hard copy as proof. 8/22/2023 Addendum #1 to the original review below: I guess my negative review finally got the attention of Tustin Lexus:As of this morning, I noted that someone named "Tony" (presumably the dealership GM) left a canned response below my review falsely claiming that he has been "attempting to call me", which is patently untrue. As of this moment, no one from this dealership has reached out to me by phone, text, nor email. I believe this posted response is simply a tactic to make it appear to Yelp readers that the dealership has unsuccessfully attempted to communicate with me to discuss my situation. Again, no one has reached out so far. It would of course be great if they do decide to call me. And, if they do, such a call hopefully would be with an offer to honor their original agreement to repair the dent in my car, and not simply argue with me and hold firm to their story. BUT, I'm not holding my breath. Original review: 8/21/2023:I didn't buy my Lexus vehicle here, so I cannot speak to what it is like to purchase a car here. I bought it from Lexus Longo (in El Monte) which is a great dealership, but I am writing this review about the Tustin Lexus Service department which is part of this dealership. I do NOT recommend this service department. I believe they are dishonest. Here is my poor experience: I brought my pristine condition, 2022 Lexus in for its first service. I don't do much driving and it had only around 5000 miles. In broad daylight, the service department representative inspected the vehicle and noted on the "pre-service inspection" paperwork that there was zero damage on the vehicle meaning, no dings, scratches, dents, etc. Later, when I came to pick up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a ding at the bottom of the driver-side door, which wasn't there before. I immediately told the service department representative and he verbally admitted on the spot, that the ding was NOT there when I brought in the car and he inspected it a couple of hours prior. He then noted the NEW damage on his paperwork at my request, but when I got home I realized he never gave me a copy, the omission of which may have been intentional. He then said Tustin Lexus would send the car to the Newport Lexus body shop and repair the damage at their expense and that I should take the car home and call them back to arrange an appointment to bring it back in for repair. I left and two minutes later the service department representative called my cell and requested that I return to view a "video". I returned and he showed me a grainy video which he purported claimed that the small ding was there when I brought in the car. The driver of this vehicle was NOT visible in this video and it was not clear to me that you could see the ding in the video. I told the representative that I didn't believe the damage as pre-existing, and that either someone there changed the timestamp or had someone else drive the car around after the damage was done to avoid any responsibility. He then refused to accept any responsibility for damaging my car and then, from my position, mispresented who caused the damage, claiming it was pre-existing - even though the paperwork and his own verbal admission indicated the opposite. I later showed the ding to a 30-year body shop expert who told me it was most likely caused by when the service department carelessly opened the door while on their lift. He said that he had seen the

Excellent and efficient purchase experience. Highly recommended my sales rep - Tim Huang. We got our price finalized over email and he picked me up from my place to dealership to take care of the paper work. I am in and out of the car dealership in less than 1 hour.
