The sales manager is a joke. He'll throw you bunch of made up fees and markups as possible. We left as soon as we saw those fake fees, not worth your time.

I purchased a new LS 500 fsport (it had 500+miles on ) vehicle from Tustin Lexus. The car is amazing but it did have a cosmetic issues that was addressed at the time of purchase. The issue was a small chip that I noticed and it was repaired prior to payment in full.
The second issue, I have made multiple attempts to have this issue resolved to no avail.
The photos are attached of the blemishe that I recently found when opening the door for my wife. The issue was found a few weeks ago. The car only had about 1500 or so miles when I called about having it addressed.
It's pretty much hidden from view when I'm driving the car.
I'm not sure if it was missed or if the vehicle was ever inspected. I did pay for the ceramic inside and out product. Resistall 360.
I never thought to inspect the interior of what I thought was a NEW car.
I consider this a new car issue and not a warranty issue.
It truly feels like I was sold an "as is car" as a new car the attached photos show both the interior and exterior issues.
Update* an email was sent 8/7/24 and 8/9/24
Still no response a month later

I have been doing business with Tustin Lexus for decades. I have never experienced anything less than absolute excellence no matter which employees I interacted with. The people are always positive, knowledgeable, and willing to “go the extra mile!!!” I sincerely appreciate their positive, “can do” attitudes, too!!!!

I am still waiting for a reply to my text & email. The 2nd key supplied does not work, which they were aware of, but no-one has called to sort it as promised. The day after i purchased the vehicle, the car wouldnt start so i called AAA. His test showed the battery was no good (bad cell) so i had to purchased another one
