As I'm waiting for Spookys test results, I decided to take a min. to leave a review because I've never felt so calm and reassuring of a place more than Tustin Legacy. As you walk in it's the cutest place, very warm and welcoming they had spookys room ready and on the door they had a welcome sign for him with a spooky house/a ghost and a spider web?. From staff to the vet not once did I feel pressured to paying for things I didn't want. They give you a few options and you chose what you want done. I have found his forever hospital.

I have taken two of my kitties to this vet. Both have received top level care there. I appreciate all of the staff here, from the front reception, to the techs, to all of the doctors. Dr. Hayek was wonderful to work with while my sweet kitty Coco progressed through kidney disease. I highly recommend this veterinary group.

We've had a fantastic experience! The staff goes above and beyond to take care of my dog Charlie. His previous vet out of state had said they needed to fully sedate him for vaccines due to past bad vet experiences, but the staff at Tustin Legacy took the time and care to give him his vaccines quickly and calmly (with just a few trazadone). I really appreciate their understanding and patience. Prices are reasonable and it's very easy to get an appointment.

This Vet Hospital is the Best. I've brought my cat's to several vet hospitals but Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital was the better choice than all the others. Dr Celine Hayek, DVM and Stori were so responsive and compassionate that after taking my cat into the exam room she returned with x ray and blood tests results in an hour. Unfortunately, my poor little Whitey cat was too old for any treatment and I made the decision to put her to sleep the following day. Dr Celine Hayek and her assistant Stori were so very kind and compassionate to fit me into the daily schedule to accommodate us. Dr Hayek listened to my stories about Whitey and she let me hold my cat as she administered the Euthanasia Solution. Within minutes Whitey fell to sleep and was peaceful. I am so grateful that I brought my cat here that had I known how great this place is I would have brought my cat here sooner. Believe me bring your pet here. Dr Celine Hayek and Stori as well as the front desk receptionists are all fantastic. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service is Awesome. Thank You Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital.

The staff and doctor here is just amazing! My fur baby loved everyone here. They took us in right when we got there and my dog is feeling much better after. Our visit here was very pleasant which usually isn’t the case after a vet visit.

Very caring with animals but also very expensive. Per my estimate on cleaning services for my dog's teeth, the price was noted between $800 - $1,500. Your estimate lump summed the amount so I cannot see what you are charging for each line item. I asked for an itemized estimate. You seem to do that with your invoices as well. Not helpful.

They are always u to date with technology and you can use their app to do a lot of things like scheduling or asking for records and so on. It's definitely a modernized facility. The decor and everything in the rooms feel clean and organized.

I can’t say enough good things about this pet hospital! ? My dog, Simba, has been visiting regularly due to her pregnancy, and the doctors and nurses here are incredibly patient and caring. ❤️❤️❤️ I genuinely adore them!Today, we had a very urgent situation. Our appointment for Simba’s check-up was originally scheduled for next Monday, October 16th. However, I noticed signs that she might be going into labor sooner, possibly over the weekend. I called and asked if it was possible to move the appointment to today, October 13th. The nurse was quick to assess Simba’s condition over the phone and arranged for an immediate X-ray. When Simba and I arrived at the hospital, our room was already prepared, and they had even painted Simba’s name – it was a fantastic touch! The doctor was incredibly patient and answered all my questions about my dog’s pregnancy and nutrition, which was truly exceptional. This hospital, with its caring staff and dedicated pet lovers, is truly outstanding!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This Vet is awesome. Very personable making you feel that you are the only patient, while being competent and professional. When communicating are quick to get back to you with answers and keep you up to date while procedures are being done on your pet.

TLAH is a first-class act! The entire staff from Drs Negvesky, Hayek and Cruz to vet techs like Shelby, their practice management leader Shandell and the friendly, caring front desk crew including Destiny, you cannot help but feel like your pet is so special. They communicate with you every step of the way via multiple channels so you don't miss a step. The veterinary medicine professionals here not only know their stuff but they are also so invested in making sure your beloved pet is in the best health possible and that no preventative health stone is left unturned. Our 15 1/2 year old cat just had oral surgery. I was a nervous wreck but I knew he was in the best care possible and that they went through all avenues to make sure he would be fine barring anything outside of their control. I have patronized many great pet clinics over the years and TLAH is one of the very best. Did I mention how gorgeous the facility is? Highly recommend!

Great place with a quiet, calm, pet-centered atmosphere. The staff don’t rush you through. The doctor and techs spend a lot of time discussing any concerns and plans to address them.The doctor was focused on the needs of our cat and sensitive to how he was dealing with the visit. 10 out of 10.

Dr. Hayek and the whole entire team at TLAH is incredible. I always feel so comfortable dropping my dog off with them and just know they always take the best care of him. Dr Hayek has a true love for animals and it definitely shows. She treats Marley as if he’s her own and it means so much to me. It’s so hard to find a good solid vet that’s honest and caring like she is. All the girls at the front desk are so sweet and just make us always feel welcomed. We’re so grateful to have found such an incredible spot to bring our fur baby!?
