BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Needed to buy a new car due to my previous one being totaled. I've never owned a Hyundai but for some reason wanted to check them out. Went shopping before we had the insurance money and Wayne took us for a test drive. He knew we weren't ready to buy just yet, but still gave us the red carpet treatment answering all our questions and giving us all kinds of information.A month later we were ready to buy so I gave Wayne a call but got his vm. Left him a message and then got a phone call from Rick Majors letting me know that Wayne had moved on but had passed my message on to him. And boy am I glad he did! Rick was a pleasure to work with. He is a no nonsense salesman who is honest and keeps his word! We first spent 30 mins on the phone making sure he knew what I wanted. He then let me know that his dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted but he would work on a trade with another dealership. He was able to get the car the next day and had me start some of the paperwork online.Once we arrived at the dealership we were in & out within 90 mins and that was only because he was also dealing with two other customers at the same time going back & forth between us. Once he finished gathering some additional information from us, the financing paperwork was ready in under 20 mins. I must say I was very skeptical because everything was so easy!! I kept thinking there was going to be a "gotcha" at some point. But nope, the numbers were exactly what Rick and I had agreed on over the phone, actually a few dollars LOWER when Sheryl in financing took over. None of the typical going back & forth with the sales manager. I honestly couldn't believe it. If I ever need to buy another car, Tustin Hyundai will be the first place I look!

I first met Dennis when we had our Santa Fe in for service. He was friendly, polite and professional. We weren’t really looking for a new car but I had wanted a hybrid for several years and he found the perfect car for us! He and Jennie were even able to secure a trade with another dealer, so that I could have the Stormy Seas colorI wanted! We never felt pressured or pushed during our experience and are really happy with our new car! He was very thorough in demonstrating the car’s features and answered all our questions. You couldn’t ask for a better representative of your dealership and, as a result, we highly recommend Tustin Hyundai.

Just bought a car at the dealership. I was very satisfied with how the service went and how comfortable I felt. Everything went fast and smoothly, Carlos helped us a lot and we were very satisfied with the service and really liked the car. We wanted to make sure that he got the appropriate recognition and was rewarded for his excellent work.

The sales associate "Karim Soliman" was a pleasure to work with. The dealership is very nice and the staff is super friendly. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is I was not told the car didn't have a spare tire which I discovered 40 miles from home in a fairly remote area with a flat tire.

Great dealership and services.A littlbackgroundnd before providing my review. I had taken my car to another dealer a month ago, and they wanted to charge me $500 to replace my battery because it was going bad/dying.Now my battery is completely dead, and I came into Tustin Hyundai to buy a new battery at the parts department. This is when I was greeted by Elsa at the service department. She offered me a drink (water) and asked how she could help me. I told her I needed to buy a new battery because my battery was dead, and I had been jump starting it each time I turned the car off.. She took me to the parts department. I asked her if it wasn't the battery under warranty? I provided her the milage and year of my car (2022 Ioniq 5), and she responded it should be. After checking the computer and confirming, she told me I needed to update a couple of firmwares as well. She accepted the car to update the firmwares and replaced the battery even though I didn't have an appointment. I was also provided a rental car while my car was being repaired.Tustin Hyundai repaired my car within one day, and I was able to pick up the car the following day. I have to give Elsa and Tustin Hyundai two big thumbs-up. They saved me $500 for warranty work that another dealer was going to charge me for. Thank you!!! All my future services will be at Tustin Hyundai because they have proven to be honest and provide great services.

I came here for the first time last week because of an EMERGENCY situation. My car started to overheat on the freeway and needed to get towed off the road. This was Tuesday evening. On Wednesday I had called and my now service advisor ELSA answered the phone. She was not only professional, but so kind in letting me come in. I did not have an appointment but she knew how urgent it was. Took my car and they said they would look into it. For a day or so, they weren't able to figure out what was going on, but it turned out to be that I needed to replace my power relay and sadly the part I needed was on back order...meaning my car had to be at the dealers until the part came. ELSA did her utmost best to keep me updated as tracking updated, and always called to keep me on the loop. She not only went above and beyond (to a new customer + a customer who didn't have an appointment) but was outstanding in making sure that my car not only got the parts it needed, but double checking to make sure the right people took care of my car. Even letting the techs and the manager drive it over & over to make sure everything was in working condition (obviously with my consent). I picked my car up today, and am so thankful because everything is working PERFECTLY and I no longer have to worry about it. ELSA and the Tustin team did an AMAZING job and now they have gained a new customer! I will FOR SURE be taking my car back here for any of my car needs! Thank you so much Tustin Hyundai!

Rick Majors was super easy to deal with. I let him know I was dealing with a 3rd party program that would assist me in purchasing the vehicle. He said it was no problem, this was on a Wednesday. I showed up Monday to purchase the vehicle and was in and out in no time. No surprise fees or charges. We agreed on a cost and that was it. I also let him know I would come in with my own financing and even though his rates were better he never pushed the financing on me. I told him to give me a year and I'll be back for the Santa Fe Plug-In. Thanks again Rick. Also big shout out to Javier for cleaning the Tucson so well thats what teamwork is all about.

3 years ago I leased my vehicle from Tustin Hyunda. Ivan Ventura was my salesman then. My lease was up so I returned to Tustin Hyundai last week and requested Ivan again. Ivan is such a pleasure to work with. He's patient and fully committed to the customers wants and needs. He showed me several vehicles and ended up finding me the color I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered to Tustin Hyundai. His customer service is impeccable and I will definitely be coming back to Tustin Hyundai for my next vehicle and will refer anyone looking to buy a new car to check them out.

I feel that I got a good deal on the vehicle and am impressed with the complimentary maintenance offers that come with the purchase. I financed a Tuscon hybrid 2024, and I must say the entire purchasing experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, it was a seamless process with no sales pressure whatsoever. The service department is consistently five star service! The staff who greet you as you arrive are so professional and welcoming. Our service advisor, Edward, was very efficient and friendly. He did a great job of understanding our repair issue. He was also very communicative throughout the repair time.

So I bought a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from a different dealer and this was my first service but I did not want to go back where I bought it since it was far. My son recommended Tustin Hyundai since he had a good experience with Junior Ventura. Had an appointment for 7:30am Junior got me check in and he was very kind and polite. He explained everything in detail and got me in and out at the time I was told. I'm glad I went here to get my new Tucson serviced and I definitely will come back for future service with Junior. Thank you for making ot easy.
