If you are looking for a trustworthy jeweler, this is your guy. I bought my wedding band from the Tustin Diamond Exchange. My engagement ring is from another place but I wished it was from here. My diamond was loose and he fixed it so quick and polished it also! Thank you!

Such a great experience getting my Fiancés engagement ring here. Anthony was very helpful, patient and attentive to what I was looking for. I even had to take the ring back because it was a little dirty, and he took it back and cleaned it and took care of it hassle free. My now fiancé LOVED the ring. Purchased a beautiful ring here! Thank you to Anthony and Joe Ferarji for LISTENING to my wants. I walked in there previously and the Jeweler did not LISTEN to my wants, he was to focused on trying to upsell that he made my experience very unpleasant I ended up leaving. I would highly recommend asking for these two gentlemen.

I was prepared to purchase Lab manufactured Diamonds for my eternity ring. Tustin Diamond Exchange was able to provide me natural stones, very good quality, more total carats than I had hoped. All this for less $$ than I was quoted for lab diamonds, with less carats. I am beyond happy with my purchase.

The manager quoted me on a ring and I came back and he extremely tried to low ball me on a piece. I wouldn't recommend anyone selling here. As a business owner, you shouldn't change your prices. Definitely unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to the owner and he wouldn't give me the direct number. Terrible customer experience.

After a few years I take back my original review. The setting is garbage, half the diamonds have fallen out and the main diamond has become loose multiple times. Honestly what they offer is very low quality.

Update: I am going through divorce so selling my ring. I had it properly graded by GIA (because the fake grading certificate that he gave me is fake) & the ring is valued at $6500. We traded in a diamond ring that was valued at $10k & we gave Anthony another $10k to buy this. So pleased to find out we were actually scammed into paying $20k for a ring that today is only worth 30% of that. Buyers beware.
