Wel, well, well I Thank God to led me to the reviews. I've read10 which it's unusual. Often I decide about a product or service with 4 or 5 reviews. I was SERIOUSLY thinking in TRANSFER MY BANKING business to this institution But after reading in the reviews what A LOT of people had gone through it's enough for me to to take my decision. I will look for a better place to put my Money and Do business.

After opening an account I had to wait a month for my debit card. They have NO ATM at this bank, so you have to either go there and fill out a withdrawal slip, or go to an ATM elsewhere and pay $3.50 to $4.50 to get $20! There is no way I am going to PAY to withdraw MY money! On top of that they bounced my auto insurance debit even though there was plenty of money in the account. They blamed it on a glitch with their processor. I had to pay a $5 late fee to my insurance carrier. The bank refused to reimburse me, even after admitting it was their fault. Also, I have no checks to use, nor deposit slips. I would change banks, but it takes two months to change my SS deposit. I am now in the habit of keeping cash on hand and using my Amex card in case they return any more charges due to a "processing" error!

I did not even know this bank existed and just called in to ask for payment information and the lady on the phone was freaking rude, was she having a bad day or that's the way she treats customers over the phone?

Worst bank to do business with, Mark Newcomb is an unethical human being. They will do anything in their power to put you into debt and to repot you car. If you have business with them REFINANCE YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY CAN SCREW YOU

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I refinanced my car to get out of Tustin Community Bank. Not to mention they are so outdated with literally everything. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I would give no stars if possible. If I were the bank manager here I would be so upset at the way the staff lets potential customers walk out their door. You are losing potential customers and money. My bank right now is a little too far away for my liking. I was a branch manager myself for well over half my life and I refuse to give big banks my business. This bank is around the corner from my house and seemed to be a nice community bank. I decided to walk in and see what types of accounts they have. First off they have no brochure or information that offers you their deposit account products, senior checking? interest checking? a checking account for the working class? I have no idea. I stood in the small lobby and turned around in circles for a few minutes before anyone even said hi to me. I asked if they had something that states what type of accounts they have and they gave me a brochure that showed nothing... They said they didn't have what I was asking for. I said okay thanks and they said nothing more so I walked out. WOW! I have never experienced anything like this. They must have a ton of loans to stay in business. Too bad for me that this is a terrible bank, it would've been nice to have transferred all of my loans and accounts here. Oh well I am glad they showed me the type of service and care they do not show their customers before I went through the trouble of trying to bank somewhere new.

I have had the most horrible experience with this bank. Tustin Community Bank is my finance company for two of my cars. It has been nothing but problems. Last year on October 28th 2021(thursday 4am), i had my car repod by them. I called them to see what I had to do to get my car back. Long story short I was able to pick up my car on Monday November 1st. I was intouch with a lady named Jackie. When I picked up my car I called Jackie to notify her. Jackie then asked me why was I behind on my payments, I had explained to her that I had tested positive for Covid twice with in 5 months and I had no income coming in. I asked her if I can do a Deferment for the month of December 2021 since I had spend alot of money getting my car from them repo situation. Jackie started for me if I can send her proof of my covid test and a letter asking for a deferment for the month of December. I did just that. Send her everything. I was under the impression that my deferment was granted since I didn't hear from her after that. Then, on January 12th she emails my asking for payment for the month of December. I emailed her back asking her about my deferment and I thought it was approved and I also stated on my email to "please advise". She did not reply. Now this week on Tuesday January 25th they came and repo my car again in less then 2months due to me not paying December. I emailed her and a Mark person which I think his the branch manager. He emailed me back stating "your deferment was never approved " I replied with "why didn't anyone from your bank called me to let me know. Now I have no car and I keep emailing Mark and called Jackie and none have gotten back to me on what I have to do to get my car back. I stated in my email to Mark that I need my car for work since I work for Hospice and to take my kids to school. He has yet to reply back. Can anyone please help in explaining the repo process and time frame? I can't belive they repo my car twice. This time in less then 40 days.

I have never encountered two rude ladies at a bank. I asked a question about cashing out my wisley card. They are listed as a location.They were so defensive and said they didn't know what that was. It's an employee pay card ladies!!! I will never refer or bank here!!

Today I stopped In to change few hundred dollar bills to $50 dollar bills to give as gifts and the teller said that they do not change bills unless you are a TCB account holder, very unpleasant visit, I went to B of A down the street, within minutes & without any Questions I got my change.
