Send a white dress to dry clean, i didn’t check the dress when I pick it up, cuz I trust them . After back home , found out the dress got blue / light grey colored. Then I went back to the dry clean place, when I first time told the woman works in the front this dress got colored. She responded to me, they tried to take it off, but it was unsuccessful , the reason why it got colored cuz the bottom of dress is black, so the white part got colored by black part, it all caused by the dress itself! I told her I have send this dress out in different store before, it was absolutely ok. And she took the dress back asked me go back later. One week after when I back to the store, of course the dress still under colored , but the woman changed her attitude, said they tried to “help me “ take the color off. And I asked her she should mention this dress colored when I first time pick it up, that’s make me feel very uncomfortable . The woman starts to lying , she said she never knew, and she is not the one did the cleaning job. Don’t blame on her. Then she started to repeat cuz there are two different kinds of fabric of the white parts , that’s why the color is different . I told her , even the fabric is different, but I do be able remember what was the color for the dress, it was white ! now it’s not. And then she said she only works there, doesn’t know anything, asked me to talk to the owner . Actually everyone knows , she is the wife of the owner and she owns this store too!1. They didn’t mentioned the dress got colored when I first time pick it up.2. After the owner found out I knew the result can’t be change, the owner tried multiple times to put it on me.3. No integrity at all.4. Unprofessional, I believed they having this dry clean store for years, if they know their capacity is limited, when they accept cloth from customer they should know they can’t do correct job.Whatever was happened was so ridiculous , and unprofessional . Personal can’t deal with this low quality and dishonesty business. Just want to write it out , share my experience with this dry clean shop.

Quoted price on hemming pants and then raise it three more dollars when I had to try the pants on this is not the place for customer service or I would use it I wouldn't use it for nothing

This is a family run business with over 35 years experience in Southern California. The actual cleaning AND pressing are both done to very high standards (and in house). They are NOT a dollar cleaner-where they do not SPOT clothing for stains. They will even try cleaning garments 2 or 3 times to get rid of stains. This dry cleaner is one of those places where you are glad you found it.

During this covid 19 time, I was afraid to go anywhere but I really appreciate their delivery service. All i had to do was text them. They delivered everything on time, on spot. And it was free delivery. Thank you for your service especially around this time!

I had to wear suits for video conference call for CV19 pandemic. There are many cleaning services business temporary closed or short hours to open but this Tustin cleaning center still open long hours and services on time what I needed to wear this virus season. I truly appreciate their service. It's awesome !!!

On August 7,2019, I called and asked Tina to please wait for me til 10 minutes after 6:00 pm, because I needed to pick up my clothes for work.When I arrived , Tina was very angry and proceeded to yell at me ,as well as giving me a long lecture informing me that I should go at 5:00,a.m., if I can't get there before 6:00 p.m. Otherwise, I can go to any othercleaners that will stay open until 7:00 p.m.Bottom line : Bad Service!!

Very personable service, exactly how a neighborhood dry cleaner should be. Conveniently located next to my barre studio, Enerji Barre! They accommodate special requests and I love their $5 off coupons!

NEVER get any services here and please allow me to tell you why. I dropped off 2 pair of shorts to Tustin Cleaning Center for basic alteration to the length. The woman who helped me was very nice and accommodated the request. She told me they would be ready in about 4 days and $8 per pair. I paid up front in cash the total $16 due and left. All sounds pretty standard, right? Well the problem arose when I went to pick up my shorts today. The same woman that I dropped of my shorts off with began to "help" me when I handed her my claim check. She then told me I needed to pay. I smiled at her and reminded her I already paid. That is when the whole thing went south. She obviously forgot she is the person who helped me initially and pursued arguing with me about nonpayment. She went so far as to ask me how much my total was, which I answered without skipping a beat. She looked surprised and then processed to ask how I paid. I told her cash. She rolled her eyes at me and said she would know if I paid already and would have to check the cameras for proof. I told her I wouldn't gripe over $16 bucks but if she was going to charge me AGAIN then I was going to yelp. She dismissed this as no problem and stood there with her hand open waiting for payment...for the SECOND time. If I could give this business less than 1 star I would... If you like paying twice for items you need altered then by all means patron this establishment. Me, however, I recommend staying clear of businesses that have ZERO ethics or ability to keep track of pre-payed work!!!

Stan, Stan Stan....you are the man. I and everyone I know that goes there hearts you so much! The owners, Jenny and her husband....gracious people. Most importantly my precious hoard of dresses in every difficult fabric imaginable can be dropped off without a care....I trusted my super expensive duchesse silk wedding gown to Tustin Cleaning Center and like a miracle it came back free of a filet mignon stain and all sorts of other huggy food messes left behind... It must be over 6 years that I've been faithfully going because I know I can trust them to be reasonable in price and capable of every need from tailoring dress slacks to cleaning small suede clutches...fist bump....i heart tustin cleaning center!
