This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. I was looking for an all black 2025 CT4 Cadillac and found one at Tustin Cadillac. The only problem was that I live 3 hours away from the dealership and I have a little boy with autism. I called and Spoke to Jimmy the manager and explained my situation. Jimmy was great and after talking to him I felt that I was in good hands.
Alex was my salesman and I can tell that he had my best interest. He was extremely patient and sincere. The finance process was quick and I didn’t feel pressured. I had a trade in and they were very fair with the value.
Alex went above and beyond and even offered to deliver the car to us, 3 hours away!
Tustin Cadillac cares about the customers and treats them like family. Thank you Alex and Jimmy for the outstanding service.

Had an awesome experience at this dealership. My parents are retired and really didn’t want to deal with the historical hassles that come with long drawn out day at the dealership. However, with awesome that I received from Alex, as well as the rest of the team, this was probably the easiest most seamless purchasing process I’ve ever encountered. Everything was done over the phone and online, by the time we arrived all that need to be done was signatures. This dealership has such a family feel and they are the type of people that make you feel heard. Great experience, so much so that I’m thinking of switching from BMW to Cadillac! Thank you Alex, and the rest of the team!

Great experience from the time we made the phone call to come look at the crystal white escalade with whisper beige interior. Upon arrival, Alex already had the vehicle out ready to show us. Feel in love with the interior. He at no time pressured us to start the deal. He went out of his way to show us other Escalades with different option but it was love at first site for the crystal white Escalade.
Jim also worked with us and gave us a price we both agreed on and at no time pressured us to purchase the vehicle.Even during us signing paperwork with Cory, there was no pressure to purchase any extended warranty on our purchase.
We even had the vehicle delivered at our convenience and when the accessories arrived, they delivered them to our house with no issues. This just shows you how Alex, Jim, and Corey will go out of their way to make their customers happy and have a great experience purchasing a vehicle with them.

Had the best experience at Tustin Cadillac. Chris was our salesman and literally made the entire process so easy. The finance was super quick, they were extremely fair with trade in value and gave us the best price on our new purchase. The manager (can't remember his name)but he was great throughout the process as well and after talking with him we were confident this was the right purchase for us. Thanks Tustin Cadillac we will definitely be back when lease is up for my next Escalade

I've never owned a Cadillac and was excited about the 2024 Lyriq. I've been a Fletcher Jones Audi fan for years. I initially engaged online, came in for a test drive, and ended up making the decision remotely and having the car and paperwork delivered. The whole experience was easy and without pressure. We worked with various sales folks and it felt like a team effort. Love the car and would highly recommend this dealership.

The people at Tustin Cadillac are so wholesome and were a sincere pleasure to work with. Alex was very helpful, stayed 2 hours past closing to wait for us, as well as his manager Jimmy, in the event we were to purchase the vehicle for my wife.
After deciding we wanted the car, we were not ready to drive it home that night, and they offered to deliver the car to us, 1 hour away! I was very pleased with the service they provided me, it made the whole transaction very simple and stress free.
If anybody is in the market for a Cadillac, I highly recommend the entire team at Tustin Cadillac, they will treat you with respect, be kind, courteous, and maybe even give you a really great deal! Thank you Alex, Jimmy, and the entire team at Tustin Cadillac!

Jay the car sales man was also amazing to work with. They both went above and beyond to make our car buying process a success.

I have been driving Cadillacs all of my life and this is the best experience I’ve had. My sales person, Alex, went over and above to find me the car that I wanted, and I was willing to wait. He got me exactly what I wanted and worked with me to do everything online and on top of that, he delivered the car to my home. He spent quite a bit of time with me going over all of the nuances of the vehicle and getting me set up with OnStar. The finance people were just as easy to work with, they took all my information over the phone, and I filled out everything online. It was nothing like the old days when you had to go to the dealership and spend hours and hours on paperwork. The car is a a dream. Working with them was just as wonderful and I highly recommend this dealership.

I was shopping for a vehicle and visited several Cadillac dealerships in the Los Angeles area. After receiving poor customer service and unfavorable pricing at the other dealerships, I decided to travel to Orange County to Tustin Cadillac. My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Joe, Chris and Rick (from finance) were all phenomenal to work with and made the process super easy. Pricing was the best here from the 7 dealerships I visited. I highly recommend them

Just purchased a beautiful Cadillac XT5, as many years as I've been buying vehicles, I've never experienced a better experience. From the sales man to the finance department, the experience was great. Alex the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and if he didn't know something he would find out for us. We asked for a lower price that my wife was trying to stay at a certain budget, and there was no run around, he simply went to ask his manager and they gave us a very good price. Jimmy Kalie the sales manager came out at the end of the negotiation and was very kind and professional. When I got to finance the process was quick and efficient. No pressure tactics to buy something we didn't want. When we got home we noticed there was a clerical error on our contract, and when we called Richard the finance manager, he was able to fix our issue the same day. It was a pleasure doing business at this dealership, wish they were all the same.

Allen doesn’t know what is he doing. Nothing he promises comes true. Waste my whole afternoon waiting for service should have done 1 pm. Completely ruin my schedule. He said everything would be done around 1pm, try to contact him around 1, could not reach him until 2:30. When I finally reach him, he forget I need an extra key and haven’t even start it yet. He promised agin they will start working on the key and it will be done within an hour for sure . Came to dealership on time, told the key still needs much longer to finish due to internet issue. Allen that’s is why I told you I need the key right when I give you my car. People has schedules and you can’t ruin them again and again. That’s not nice.

Just purchased my celestial metallic Lyriq Luxury 2 today. Alex was awesome! The best car buying experience I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and most importantly, didn’t pressure us to buy. I came in with intentions of only looking and test driving. The monthly payments were what I expected before coming in, and when he came with original numbers, they were basically exactly what I expected to pay. Will definitely will be a repeat customer.

I had been looking online all over Southern California, from LA, OC to San Diego for a pre-owned Cadillac, but couldn't find the right color, specs, mileage or price until I found Tustin Cadillac. I inquired through their website and heard back from the sales manager Jimmy who referred me to their salesperson, Jay Basilio, who was very informative, friendly and not pushy at all. Jay sent me pictures and detailed info on the vehicle and invited me to see the car and test drive the car. The car looked amazing and brand new, both inside and out. I also test drove the car and it definitely felt like I was driving a luxury vehicle. We were able to work out a great price with also Joe (sales manager) and finished the paper work with Rich Thompson who definitely was easy to work with, and also discussed, but did not push or pressure me to purchase add ons however, I did opt for the maintenance package as it cost less than the actually maintenance service cost with just 1-2 maintenance service visits. Jay also personally delivered my Cadillac to my home! Amazing service and what a great experience! I would highly recommend Tustin Cadillac!
