Today's appointment! William Sanchez, my service mgr was awesome for starters. Quite a few clients for service today w minimal staffing. He was on point w appeasing and fulfilling all customer needs w/o any issues. Vehicles were moved swiftly to the techs for service in complete precision! Talk about ? customer service! WOW! Service of my vehicle perfect, all needs addressed as well as future concerns to be needed. I even saw an Audi being serviced today. Says a lot about the quality techs that are able to work on any make or model besides the GM brand. Kudos. Just another reason why I purchased my vehicle here!

Horrible customer service, they will lie to you while making the purchase and not honor what they sold you. They sold us a "ceramic detail package." At the time of purchase they had informed us we could take our new SUV to get that detail at any dealer, when we called our local dealer they told us that it wasn't true and only Tustin could do that detail. We drive 1.5hrs to Tustin just for them to not want to honor the package and have then tell us, "It wasn't a ceramic detail. It's just a regular detail." We tried to talk to Management with no help other than "oh well.'

I would never recommend any Toyota dealership. I would not get another Toyota vehicle. Toyota has become the worst. I do not trust them anymore. Stay away from Toyota. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY TOYOTA DEALER. We should get together to sue them, they deserve it. Olmo Flores, finance manager from this location, was horrible and very unhelpful. Each dealer tells you something different. They don't know what they are doing, extremely unprofessionals. Olmo even felt insulted because I said they were horrible, but we as customers are the ones that should feel that way because they take advantage of us, not them. This is ridiculous!
