We always call Triumph for any repair needs that we have for all printers/scanners/fax machines. They show up same day, and always fix the problem. We highly recommend them!

Amazing service, the best customer support ever. For this team, the impossible just takes a little longer! Really took no time at all when you consider what I brought to them for service and repair. IMB Correcting Selectric II and my wonderful Apple LaserWriter Select 360 printer. I know, many of today's Yelp readers will have no idea what the aforementioned machines are, but those who do recognize these staples of office efficiency, you will read on. The Apple LaserWriter is a workhorse desktop printer of a quality that's just not available anymore and I refuse to buy the trash that is on the current market. I've been actively searching for technicians who would clean it and get me a new toner cartridge. Done! Printer is working perfectly again. Amazing! Typewriter too, done. Works like new. Amazing! Thank you Pam & Mark so much!!! You both are, well you know, AMAZING!

I ordered a printer from them through Amazon. The printer was damaged in transit. It took forever to get the claim settled with UPS. After the claim got settled they sent me another printer. The printer they sent me was different than the one I originally ordered. The one they sent would not perform the tasks I needed it for. I asked them to switch it out with a printer that was a third the price that would do what I needed it to do. A guy named Mark told me he would take care of it. When I finally called back he reneged on his promise. I thought my offer was fair but....

I have done business with this company for years and they are always reliable and helpful. Ask for Pam, she will get you great rates on copy equipment and toner. They also do IT and cloud based solutions.
