We received great service from Bryce. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and put us at ease in choosing the right bike for us. I also appreciate that all bikes are professionally assembled, so I don't have to worry if I did something wrong. I also found out that the first adjustment is free, as is the one-year service. We also ended up with a great deal for a very nice bike that should last many years.

The friendly team that works at Trek Bicycle in Tustin really knows bikes. These guys are cyclists themselves and are able to provide as much information as you need when it comes to selecting your next bike, maintaining that bike, and getting the most out of your purchase. I recently bought a new 2025 Trek Domane SL7 Gen 4 and met with two other Trek dealers before deciding to purchase from Trek in Tustin. I'm very glad that I was patient and took the time to find this dealer. Special shout out to Nathan who spent a good couple of hours just answering my questions and making sure that I was comfortable with the various intricacies associated with electronic shifting and with disc brakes - both of which were new aspects for me. Loving my new bike and am getting a lot of envious looks while out riding!

This shop truly deserves its numerous five-star reviews. I made the long drive from South OC after my local bike shop was unable to resolve an issue with my carbon frame Canyon bicycle. The headset was stuck inside the tube and couldn’t be extracted. One of the local mechanics suggested I take my bike to Trek Bicycle Tustin.
When I arrived, Elijah greeted me warmly, and another staff member offered me water (still or sparkling), which was a nice touch! They collaborated as they assessed the problem and proposed potential solutions. While they couldn’t guarantee success, I felt confident in their expertise and agreed to proceed.
Elijah and his team successfully extracted the stuck headset bottom ring and reassembled my bike with a new part. When Elijah called to inform me that the bike was ready, he also mentioned another issue that needed attention, which I authorized for repair. Within 24 hours, Trek Bicycle Tustin had resolved a problem my local shop couldn’t fix.
I am truly grateful to the team for their welcoming atmosphere and for successfully restoring my bicycle to health!

Man, I can’t say enough good things about the people here. I showed up near closing time hoping for a tune up for our two Treks before we left for a trip in a few days. Elijah and Bryce were so wonderful and helpful around things to look out for on our new bikes. Make sure to inflate the tires weekly! The bikes were ready the next day. I’ll be back again soon. This will be a different kind of review. I took my bike there today, and a staff member –whose name I don’t know– came outside to let me know they don’t repair this type of electric bike, but also provided information on places that do, along with some additional details.
I took my bike to one of the places he mentioned, and they accepted it for repair. My bike urgently needed fixing, and while many places wouldn’t take it, the spot the gentleman at Trec Bicycle recommended did. That means a lot. He was also very friendly. This review is well deserved.
I highly recommend this business. Even when they can’t do something, they’ll still find a way to help.

I like shopping at this Trek bicycle store. They have variety of seletion for street bikes, mountain bikes, electric bikes, helmet, clothes, gloves, bell...All staffs member are very nice , especially the owner Jeff , he was very patient to return my helmet and reoder the right size for me. I would recommend my friend shop at this Trek bicycle Tustin???

Super helpful, knowledgeable, and PATIENT, something a lot of bike shops struggle with if you aren't a long-time, loyal customer with Benjamins falling out of your pockets. Both Elijah and Mateo were top notch!

I've brought my Trek Slash 9.9 bike in several times and they always do a good job with the tune-ups/repairs and their turnaround time is great (usually 24-48 hours).
