This TJ Maxx is on the beaten track. If you are a bargain hunter, you may want to stay away from the Irvine and neighboring areas. In addition, bargain hunters may want to avoid weekend shopping ? and also Monday shopping. Good stuff will usually disappear fast during these times. Saturday is usually the day where it gets busy most; you can spend a long time in the cashier line.

An absolute nightmare store!! The staff is so rude and the asian manager here needs to be fired. I wanted to buy 3 perfumes and when they showed them to me she rudely asked if I had money to buy these...I said I sure do and gave them back after such racist comment. Just for being brown does not give room for such behavior. Ironically the store is a mess, all beauty is used, abused and opened. Ridiculous that this situations happen. I am in contact with the higher management about this. Meanwhile, go somewhere else

This location has limited men apparel.
It's mostly a women's store.

On this last visit I found that things were very disorganized in terms of personal hygiene, perfumes and accessories. In the handbag section there was a lot of variety at very affordable prices for all tastes and budgets.

The usual disorganized mess. Didn’t have what I was looking for, some of the gourmet foods have been replaced with cheaper unknown brand names. Clothing sizes were not in the right order and cashiers aren’t very friendly. Other locations are superior.
