“My rear right tire picked up a nail on the 5 freeway at the end of the day. Called to see if they could help & service was quick but, understandably, they wouldn’t be able to fix or swap my wheel out until the following morning. Before they closed they gave me a courtesy call with photos of where they found the nail & gave me a few options to replace my wheel since the original tire wasn’t fixable. Came in this morning & was able to easily pick my car up. The whole time Moses provided great service.”

He made me laugh and ordered tires from the warehouse immediately upon my request after discovering a screw in my inside sidewall. Great guy! Gets it done. Very personable and real. Appreciate his level of customer service and candor.”

“Stocked up Costco. Came for the basic paper necessities and they had loads of paper towels and toilet paper. It wasn't too busy so there was plenty of parking in the lot. They have samples so it was nice trying some things while walking around.”
“Bought 4 Bridgestone tires online and got the $110 manufacturers discount. Selected the Costco Tire Center on El Camino Real for mounting and balancing. Luis checked me in and was very courteous and called me soon as my car was ready to be picked up. I like not having to get back in the drop off line to pick up my car. They are way more conscientious of my time than the District tire center. The whole experience was friendly and efficient.”
