Back to school shopping led us here… asked the assistant manager for a back pack and he didn’t seem so friendly. He never asked if I had a membership for rewards nothing just straight to check out. Hex was his name to be exact

My favorite Tilly’s location! All the workers here are so kind and helpful. They’re always willing to help and are so genuine. One of them found a ring on the floor and asked if it was mine! Another remembers my brother and I whenever we come into the shop. The shop is always clean and well organized too.

This Tilly's location (The District) smells like dirty socks when you walk in. As you get closer to the dressing rooms, it starts to smell like disgusting bodily fluids. The first time I took my daughter there, I thought maybe someone had an accident but we came back a few weeks later, and only because this location is closer than Metro Pointe which is much cleaner and selections are much better, the smell was worse. Gross.

I don't have a lot to say about Tillys but what I do have to say is not great. Personally, I don't don't like the style that is sold there and the staff service is always bad whenever I go. You have to search the whole store to find a worker to get a fitting room, and they're most likely in the corner just talking to each other. When at the register, it's very slow and there's usually only one person present. This store seems like a place friends would wanna work to just talk and not work. I always avoid this store due to my unpleasant experiences.

Not sure if it's Tilly's thats the problem or just customer service these days but every Tilly's we go into the staff are hanging out, flirting with each other or just uninterested in working. I had to go searching for someone to help open a fitting room then go searching for someone to ring me up. The majority of my time here is spent searching for 1 of many staff members... so frustrating.

I'm so glad I came to this store instead of the plethora of choices in the Valley. The insoles really are customized to you, and have helped me tremendously.

Employees are nice but the manger has no customer service skills and don't have knowledge of store polices. The Tillys in Irvine Spectrum has better service.

This Tilly's is nice and open and carries more brands that other stores. It remains relatively empty in here so I find that the associates are more helpful because there are less customers to help. I have only been here on weekdays so that might be the case.

My boyfriend and I went to the Tustin Tilly's and made 2 seperate purchases for a friends birthday gift and also some Christmas gifts. We made it to the door and the sensor went off so we then walked back to the counter. The young man who previously checked us out removed the sensor from our items telling us that were good to go, only to find out later while gifting the birthday gift that there was a second security sensor on there. This was a huge embarrasment then having to give the gift recipient the original purchase receipt so that he can go back to the store to have it removed. As soon as we got home later that night, we decided to wrap christmas gifts....yet again to find another security sensor! I called the store and spoke with the manager Cassie. She was very pleasant and even mentioned that this wasnt the first occasion; probably not something you would want tell an upset customer. All we recieved was a "sorry" and she advised us to take it to the nearest location to remove the security device. I was hoping she would own up to the mistake and make up for it somehow because again, not only do i have to take the item back but so does the birthday recipient and the poor lady that purchased a backpack for her daughter (see yelp review by Katie F. 11 days ago). Unfortunately this will be our very last time shopping at this location and sadly i feel like this location doesnt really care. Making things right for the customer goes a really long way. It didnt here.

I purchased a backpack for my daughter only to get home and realize they forgot to remove the security tag. Had to make another trip back to the store and simply got, "Sorry." Totally inconvenient. Additionally, when I went into the store I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter for an employee to even come up to the register (there didn't seem to be any employees anywhere).
