I recently purchased an EMTB from these folks online and I had a fantastic experience. Communication was great, I loved the fact they contacted me about setup prior to shipping rather than just sending whatever came from the factory. Free tubeless conversion and pedals were a nice touch. The best part was the bike was set up and shipped lightning fast! From CA to middle America, I had a bike in just a few days which was honestly quite amazing.
I'll certainly look here for future bike and bike accessory purchases!

This shop rocks! I have never been in store, they're in CA and I'm in CO, but found them online looking for some 26" tires for my old SB66. They showed the front tire online but not the rear so I got in contact with them. They were super helpful and was able to get an invoice sent to me for both the front and rear tire. I almost went with a pair of Trail Kings instead but when they said they had both front and rear of the Kryptotals, I had to go with the Kryptotals. Zack and Dorothy are super helpful and I will definitely order from them again when I'm in need of parts again.
I so excited and so happy I didn't have to get a different tire that I really didn't want as most gravity shops close to me (within an hour) pretty much just carries one brand for my wheel size. Thank you Dorothy and Zack, you both are awesome!

Came into the path bike shop hoping to pick up some 29er tires and I overheard one of the Employees named Zach using racist comments about black people. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
Will not return!

They don’t stand by their prices. Ordered a gx axs upgrade kit from their online store, few hours later I get a text saying the price was wrong. Be aware they advertise a price to get you in the door and then offer a “Good faith” 15% discount on a full price gx axs…

Such a rad spot that has been a helping hand in the community and they recently within the last few months opened up their second shop not even five minutes away. Says a lot about their clientele especially with how wonky the industry is at the moment. Eric and Ethan were super friendly and took the time to answer my questions. It's nice and reassuring that you can have a conversation with someone and not feel rushed or as if you're inconveniencing anyone there. They usually have daily deals which is great because I scored a pair of fi'zi:k shoes at a ridiculous discount and all I wanted to get was a KMC chain.Thank you Path Bike shop for keeping me rolling and Tani for coming in clutch when I needed a dropper post an hour before they closed too!Don't fight it, just ride it! ??

Very recently purchased an emtb from these guys and had a very positive experience. Was apprehensive buying it from out of state but the communication and professionalism made it a great transaction and would definitely do business with them again. Excellent price on bike too!

I was really impressed on how good they were on helping me with my kids bike. I brought a wheel in and within 10 minutes the guy completely fixed it sent me on my way. It was really inexpensive and they were easy to work with.

This is by far the best bike shop in town. I had contacted the shop online because they carried a bike that I was interested in but wanted more information. I was immediately contacted by Tyler and he informed me of a deal on the bike and recommended that I come in to answer any questions I had. This was my first E-Mtb purchase and Tyler was extremely helpful in answering all my questions in detail, making recommendations and also getting me sized properly. He ordered my bike and within 2 weeks I was able to pick it up and Tyler spent well over an hour setting the bike up for my specific needs as well as making recommendations for additional parts and supplies. This was by far one of my greatest and most comfortable experiences with a larger purchase where I was being guided towards the right product rather than a typical sales pitch trying to close a deal. In addition, there were others within the shop (I believe his name was possibly Alan) who also helped provide tips and recommendations during my setup.If you’re looking for any type of bike I highly recommend reaching out to Tyler at The Path Bike Shop!!! They have a huge selection of bikes and products.

My experience with the Path has been generally positive, recent visit was for a puncture of a Schwalbe Nobby Nic a single nail pierce through, and onto the side wall which really sucked since I have found out until after my class at CSULB was over. One of the employees suggest the Dart Tool since I used Stan's Sealant, which I did ended up buying it actually did it's job, and it was difficult to get the dart in there eventually I did.

They did help but they lied to me saying I'd need some more stuff then i actually did then when picking up my bike they charged me for things i never wanted or agreed on
