Small mail shop run by a sweet old man named Terry. Shares the same plaza with Peter's Gourmade Burgers and a couple other businesses so parking might be a hit or miss. Came right before closing to do a Western Union pickup and Terry got the job done in less than a couple of minutes. Was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. The shop itself has a variety of services to offer and is very clean and organized. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Excellent service. Terry is a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful man. I am glad he is in the neighborhood! He saved me a lot of money and an aggravating trip to the post office. Highly recommend.

I received a package sent by The Mail Exchange at my home in Indiana. It was not something I ordered. Mr. Finn was very friendly and helpful in finding the answer of why I received it and resolving the situation. I recommend using this mail service to folks in the Tustin CA area.

Terry and Diana are great! They are always friendly and welcoming whenever I stop by to pickup my mail and if I have too much mail they let me know which is nice. It's been 10 years now and I don't plan on going anywhere either! FYI: If you pre pay they offer a discount.

100% unsolicited SPAM Have zero idea how they got my name. Website has only address for company info. Worried about clicking Unsubscribe button-it confirms a live email address. Will follow up if more SPAM from them.

as another user said, it is twice the cost of usps. so dont go there, there is another usps office with in 1 mile.
