Worst customer service reps might switch carriers because of these people. I wouldn't come near this branch but was told to just walk in here to drop off my trade in and couldn't even do that they re directed me to call and get a shipping label. Unbelievable.

I was pleasantly surprised how effective and wonderful the service I received in this store. David Ortiz was very helpful, he didn't rush (unlike the rep in the other T-Mobile store), he looked into the matter carefully and diligently, and solved it in less than 10 min. Our issue was that the primary account holder in our family plan wasn't set correctly. It's not T-Mobile's fault, it was because we swapped the numbers, and the primary account holder role is attached to that number.

I came in to get my screen protector replaced, for some reason my phone was not showing up. I unfortunately didn't have my I.D and asked if they can get into my account with a pin or security question and they rudely said no there was nothing else they can do. I was assisted by a man named axel and there were two other team members standing next time him saying there's nothing else we can do. I called customer service and she tried to help by talking with axel and it didn't help. I went back to the store after being outside with customer service a couple of minutes and was attended by another team member named Alexis or Alex and he was able to help me. He talked to the customer service on the phone and within 15-20 minutes I was out of there with my new protector. I wish I could have had him help me since the beginning.

AVOID! Was treated very rudely by a guy named Tony. Not sure if he’s the manager but he was very unprofessional throughout the interaction, ultimately was not helpful at all, and acted very rude

I tried to return a case and set of glass protectors to the store at the District. High drama, insee that reviews.Driving today I saw on the store on Edinger and can Red Hill. Dropped in to see if it could save a trip to Brea.There were three employees working, all with customers.Long story short, they got me in and out with no problem in under ten minutes The man who helped me was very professional and knew his stuff! What as relief!

Came in and Amy helped my boyfriend and I out. She was very informative and helpful and very sweet. Also very patient with me lol. I usually go to this location and have only had good experiences with the customer service there.
