The company I am employed at starting using SwiftTech about a year ago. Before we worked with some other IT group that outsourced our calls to a Mexico call center and the service was terrible. We constantly were having problems, internet issues and our staff was VERY frustrated. SwiftTech took over and all of our problems went away! I dont know what they did to our servers but everything is working so much better, our applications are faster then I've ever seen them. Also we have dedicated account reps that come on a scheduled basis and any other time we need them. Now when i have an issue or question I can get immediate attention.
