Multiple times a week I get meat here from the butcher counter , it is not wrapped well. The bag isn't tied, for example the chicken leaks all over the rest of my groceries in the same bag. Making a huge mess. It's not just one of the employees, many of workers do it. I will be checking the product before I leave the counter from now on.

This store is the better stater bros location. The store remains clean and organized. I am always impressed at the level of service and variety at this store.
I also want to recognize Emily (I think that’s her name) who assisted me after I was waiting at the deli counter for several minutes with no help. She quickly assisted in getting my fried chicken. I thoroughly appreciate her helping me versus walking off and finding someone else to help me.

I just have to say that everyone helping for the Meili meet and greet went above and beyond. Everyone was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to make the experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. Grateful for their kindness!

Marcus and Scott are rockstars - the staff really makes the experience great at this store. Everything is spotless, organized, and well-stocked. Prices are great. When I bring in my toddler, everyone smiles and stops to talk to him. Best grocery experience possible.

Requested 4 lb of boneless pork butt, she cut up a piece 4.5 lb, I request again only wanted 4 lb, then notice she trimed off some fat, weighed 4.05 lb, costed $5.00/lb, after weigh, then I asked if she could trim off some fat for me, which she did. Total cost over$20 dollars. When I got home I weighed the pork butt paid for 4.05 lbs I only got 3.124 lb at the end. What a bummer, almost a whole pound of FAT for $5.00. Been to many butcher for cut meat but never experience such disappointment !

I always find myself waiting in long checkout lines when I go to the store. I wish there were either more open checkout lines, or better yet, self-checkout.

Really nice new store with plenty of friendly staff to help you. Clean and well organized. Lots of good choices. Especially like the fresh bakery and deli goods. Hope it stays that way and not just because their GM has a store visit.

FINALLY !!!
After moving to California 3 months ago we finally found a good clean store w a great selection and good prices. We have tried several stores in the area, some have decent sales,but after comparing their " sales " it appears it's these guys regular prices. Great area, clean store, well stocked, produce and meat departments are really fresh w great quality. We'll be shopping here from now on.

I appreciate the numerous apologies from management however, I am not exactly happy with how it's only going to be brought up to the employees attention even though her coworkers have said that she's a terrible person and they've had many complaints about her after thinking about it over the weekend I don't think I will be shopping at Stater Brothers in the future I'll take my business to Ralph's Smart And Final or Costco or sprouts It's sad because I used to always get my roast in my meat. I'm Stater Bros. and I actually enjoyed that Tustin store. However, I think their customer service from the cashiers has gone down. It's completely unacceptable. What that cashier did to my stuff at such an early hour of the day.

I sometimes come here. This place has a lot to offer. Also the meat section has a good selection. The people are kind and helpful. Was able to get what I wanted and even got some Girl Scout cookies in the front.
