I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE.
THEY LIE AND CHEAT.
First off, the lady messed up my brows. Second when it was time to pay she didn't hand me the "merchant copy" of the receipt and only handed me the "customer copy". I asked her if I needed to sign anything and she responded "no". I thought this was weird but went ahead and left. After a few moments, I still felt a weird feeling in my gut so I went back and asked to see the merchant copy to which I see a FORGED SIGNATURE ON THE LINE. When I confronted the brow lady she said she was just "testing the pen to see if it works". I became very angry and asked her why she would "test the pen" on the customer signature part of the line right underneath the tip line without my permission. She continued to lie to me and say she was just testing the pen. I WANT THE OWNER TO REACH OUT TO LE ASAP OR I WILL SUE STARS THREADING FOR FORGING MY SIGNATURE AND ATTEMPTING TO MANIPULATE MY TOTAL AND TIP AMOUNT.

Been coming here for at least 8 years with my sister and mom I've always had a good experience. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. I'll never go anywhere else!

Got my eyebrows done first the first time. I was a little apprehensive at first, but the lady was very friendly and easy going. Took a seat she got to work and before i knew it, it was done . Fairly quick and what an improvement lol. Now I'm not the eye brow expert but for me this place did the job and everything went nice and smooth. Will definitely be back

This place is amazing they do a great job threading eyebrows. The place is clean and the staff are very sweet and always ask how you are doing. Definitely would recommend!

worst place ever! the lady signed my receipt for me without my permission and lied to me and said there was no line for me to sign. i went back to ask for the merchant copy jusg to find that she scribbled her own signature on the receipt! i want the owner to call me or i will sue this business.

They did an amazing job on my eyebrows (: I usually prepare myself for tears while getting my eyebrows threaded, but this time it was painless with even better results!

This place is not worth you come out with two different shape eyebrows and they get carried away to the point where you have super thin eyebrows so if your trying to grow them out this place is not for you and there super rough I have permanent pigmentation also if your into the thick arched eyebrows they will make them round

I've been going here for over 6 years, and I always get my eyebrows waxed & threaded with Elena. She is AMAZING. She has a really good eye for details and is super gentle/kind. And for the price??? I pay $12 every time I go (not including tip), which is insaane considering how long they've been in business and how good they are. They know what they're doing!!

I randomly tried this place instead of my usual threading place that I have been going to for years because my friend recommended it and I am so happy I did! I was very hesitant to try something new, but I am truly shocked with how gentle they are with threading here. I felt ZERO pain at all while they worked while I usually do at my usual threading place. The ladies who work here are so sweet and helpful. They are very receptive to your needs and so welcoming. The lady who helped me was so sweet and offered me advice with how to fix one part of my brows that I needed help with. The place is a cute threading spot located in the district. When I came around lunch time I was seated immediately. The process was very quick and I will definitely keep coming back here!
