The hairdresser made my daughter stand all the time for hair cut. She did not wash my daughter’s hair too. She insisted if she moves, the hair can not be straight, however, she even did not wash the hair. The hair is already curl, how can you promise it will be straight. Since my daughter was standing, the hair went to her shoes too, make her feel itch. I will Never Never Never take my kids there!

TJ is the best, I've been coming here for years now. Location is always presentable and clean. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help if they can. Coming here is a great experience, enjoying the game or highlights that is being televised while you wait to get your haircut. Also, thank you TJ for helping me look decent and presentable again every time.

Took my young son to get a haircut. When we walked in, there were two young ladies sitting in the front of the shop. I walked in and said hi, and both could not be bothered to return the greeting. One got up. Once again, not acknowledging us, and walked to the back of the shop. The other one rudely asked us if we checked in on line. And that's When I decided to just take our business somewhere else. Don't know if they do a good job cutting hair but I do know the service is garbage.

This place pains me. While we always leave with a good haircut for my toddler, the customer service is awful. The check in process is a disaster and you are always waiting at least 20 min. Most of the time a random hairstylist emerges from the back after we've waited 15 min and then check us in. Where have they been the rest of the time? Aside from a couple of the nice female hairstylists who are friendly the rest seem to not want anything to do with a 4 year old. They need to get their check in process in place and overall a better experience.

Bad service. Bad system with check ins. Not enough stylist on a Saturday. Long waits and nobody seemed to care. Not blaming the stylists..... the customer process of scheduling isn't very good.

This was the worst haircut I have ever received. She didn't ask any questions, skimped on the MVP service, and used the blow dryer to remove the hair from my shoulders; blowing it everywhere! The service was cold and impersonable. The haircut was absolute garbage and I have to wait a few weeks to have someone else fix this mess. Go someplace else, period.Service: Haircut

Great experience. I've been looking for someone to cut my son's hair correctly for some time now and they did a great job! ? He got a nice wash and a warm towel. Didn't leave hair everywhere. For 8 yrs old he had a great experience we'll be back! ?

I've been to a different Sport Clips before. It was always VERY busy and I left without a haircut more than once. This location was not as busy and had several people working there so my wait was very short. The woman who cut my hair really listened when we did our initial consultation and I got a very good haircut. She talked to me a lot as she was cutting my hair. Not about random personal things, but about my hair and hair in general. I appreciated the information she shared with me. I will definitely return.

I went to check in with the app remotely and it showed there was 27 minute wait time for next haircutter. So I checked in w/in 5 seconds and then the app reflected the wait time was 50 minutes. So I show up 5 minutes before my expected start time. I was then told it would be another 15-20 minute wait. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes and just left. What's the point of checking in online? I'm better off showing up and decide if I want to wait or not and putting my name on the list. But to tell me I can check in online w a 45 min wait time and I show up on time and then have to wait another 30 min? We all have jobs which don't allow us to take time for a 2 hour haircut
