Delores in Suite #17 was my hairdresser. I was pleased with her work but not with her negligence. She was careless when she washed the hair color out. While on the phone on a personal call for 20 minutes she washed my hair with one hand so viperously that it caused pain. That I could have lived with but she paid no attention to her work or me only her phone. There was water all over my face. With no towel in my hand I had to use the corner of the towel around my neck. But now comes the part I cannot excuse: She never bothered to remove the hair color off my eye brows. Consequently, color washed into my right eye. I did not want to make a fuss and alert others in the room. All I wanted was get out of the place. When I reached my car I notice the vision in my right eye diminish. I panicked. I was able to drive home and call the nurse at Kaiser. She advised me to rinse my eyes with water for 30 minutes. The nurse made an appointment with my doctor. A few hours later the pain started and lasted into the next day. Then my vision slowly returned and the pain abated. I'll never be back.

A great place to get a hair cut where many stylists are available if you are new. However, the referral ususlly works better so that the stylist knows what you want
