I would loveee to know whos that lady with red hair that works the self checkout usually during the day. She is always in a bad mood and talks to me poorly with some attitude. Not sure what is her problem or what she has against me but i do not like her tone. Has zero customer service skills, makes me not want to go back at all let alone use the self checkouts. Maybe try telling her to be more friendly and empathetic instead of trying to accuse others of stealing or looking down on them. She really needs to be checked for her attitude in general

This place has good deals on certain bulk items, day in and day out. The only problem is that it is next to impossible to buy anything. They put in a bunch of self checkouts that don't work. Last time I was there, there was no one available at the self checkout and a bunch of people couldn't checkout, and there were no cash registers available. From now on, I am going to Aldi's across the street. They don't have the bulk deals, but at least you can buy stuff.

The selection of everything here is larger than one might expect looking at the exterior of the store. Once you’re inside it’s plenty large.

These guys are crocks! Watch their hands when they weigh the fruits and vegetables. They are pressing down on the scales. I bought a 4 pound papaya and it came out 14 pounds. Stay away from these guys!!!

No customer service Rude checker (Ben) Asked for help with digital coupon.. He couldn't be bothered. He packed my food awful. Crackers smashed to little pieces. It was only 7pm, he acted like it was closing time and needed to get out of there. Awful

Smart & Final has my favorite beef jerky (Enjoy brand) and Tio Pepe's Churros (frozen aisle) now known as ¡Hola! Churros, they also have the Red Vines Ropes (the type that they serve have at the baseball stadiums)
