If there was 0 star, I would choose that. Recently, I use my c/c outside to fill gas, my transaction was $60.00 and guess what, they stole my info and the next day they had a transaction of $200. Just be aware of this place that they put something in there so can steal customers’ info. I’m not gonna go here anymore,

So I think it's the same worker that everyone is complaining about. I went in there to buy lotto tickets yesterday. He wouldn't sell me lotto tickets because I wanted to use my debit card. Which makes no sense because a week earlier I bought lotto tickets from another worker there using my debit card. This guy is an absolute joke.

Customer Service was absent, NONE at all, clueless about what that means. Extremely disappointed from a company as big and recognized as SHELL. Employee was very disrespectful, offensive and showed no professionalism or education towards a person and a client. Definitely NOT going back to any SHELL gas station again. NOT AFTER I reported my unpleasant incident and was notified by a corporate executive that pretty much, they DON'T really care about costumers' complaints. Really SAD to read her response to my complaint.

Im a regular customer but today i had a horrible experience this gentlemen whos NAME IS FABIAN i fill up my gas station i asked him for a couple napkins and he was charging me for the napkins who the hell sells napkins in a store now

Don’t come for service for gas or for mechanic. The guy with white hair charge me $20 for one tiny nail patch on the tire only took less than a minute, when I asked him to check the other tires air pressure just to make sure all good, his response “your warning light will go on if not enough air” and turn around, not willing to do more and no thanks just want me out of there, what kind of customer service?! Even though $20 (which cost more than average) is a small job still consider your customer.

Guy with the lazy eye shouldn't be employed. Incredibly rude. I paid cash for gas and he wouldn't give me change back claiming not having enough. I can understand having a short register and I can understand asking me to return to get my money back and giving me a way to verify to other employees that they owe me money. I cannot understand raising your voice to another man, calling me stupid for inquiring how another employee would know they owe me money. Gave no receipt or anything in form of an I.O.U. just rude comments. Never left any place of business wanting to put my first through someone's skull until today

I was told I cant use the restroom because of Covid 19 restrictions. I asked him if so, why aren't you wearing a mask. He said he was vaccinated and if I was not I should get out of here. I told him that is bs and then he told me I need to go back to my country. We almost had a fight.
