Tony is such an expert in products. I wasted so much money buying wrong products (concealer in my case) over the years. Tony looked at my case and suggested the perfect product within minutes! I was also greeted at the door. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Best shopping experience with Sephora ever.

I felt nervous before going in because there's so many people talking about being ignored or mistreated somehow. However, I had a great experience this past weekend with Loren! I went in because I need some more full coverage stuff for an upcoming event, and I don't really know a lot about makeup or have strong brand preferences.
Loren helped color match me and recommended some great accompanying products based on what I was asking for (I picked up a blush, a lip crayon, primer and a setting spray) and I really feel like she spent her time understanding my skin and my makeup goals/day to day style and needs. Really happy with my experience and excited to give my new products a spin!

Im reiterating the same experience Yoancy Alvarez had here reflected in the review below me as of the date of this review.
I have been with Sephora for years and just recently ended my Rouge membership. I have been buying RollerLiner by Benefit for years. My last one lasted approximately a year with consistent use. I bought one almost a month ago and upon using it close to 3 times, it is already dry and patchy. Like any reasonable person, I thought to just go ahead and replace it because I maybe got a bad one. Especially because it has been less than 30 days. To my surprise when I went in store the employee stated that she’s not sure she’s able to exchange it given that it’s been a close to a month so she calls the manager.
I kid you not the manager says along the following lines “well it’s been a month so who’s to say it’s not used up dry” I genuinely was so shocked that i had a hard time mustering a response??? Like Yoancy said, I never felt more embarrassed because Im well within my return policy and to be questioned over an eyeliner as if im trying to scam you apparently out of 30ish dollars especially given the fact that I was a rouge last year aka literally spent 1k in a year so this definitely makes sense…. *sarcasm* . I literally placed like one return EVER with my time with Sephora.
To be clear, The manger could tell either how ridiculous what she said was or maybe she could tell how confused and concerned I was so SHE DID exchange it.
I did leave the store on the verge of tears because this is so embarrassing ? Like i just wanted to change my bad liner that is within the return policy ?I was not expected to be questioned about my intentions of exchanging it in front of a line of people?
to see that apparently this is not a unique experience to me as someone else being also treated the same made me realize that y’all treating people like trash and it is gross.
Rest assured this is the last time I step into sephora willingly. Will only come moving forward if it is the ONLY option based on what im looking for.
Maybe this is the sign to make the switch! Ulta here I come!

Being a frequent customer at this Sephora has always been really nice and convenient for me. However, I’ve always been treated unprofessionally by Michelle who is one of the managers at Sephora. She is always in a very sassy mood and is very rude to the customers and the employees. This really disappoints me because I’ve always shopped at this Sephora all the time. As loyal of a customer as I’ve been it does hurt knowing this Sephora has let me down and so many others. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her being racist or throwing around offensive racial comments. It is very unprofessional and I can’t imagine myself shopping at this location anymore. I love this location a lot the other employees and the people there are very sweet but Michelle is very unprofessional and unless something is done to to solve this constant issue I’ve always experienced while shopping here then I will not be shopping here. Thank you for your time. I really hope you can make changes and help by making Sephora a more welcoming/ professional environment for us all.
