Nice spot, just didn’t have my fav color & Sally’s all over Orange County tend not to have it. Can they order more?Glad they have Gelish gel nail Polish though.

do NOT go here with your money. As you probably know, Sally's is a hair product store I asked the girl for semi permanent dark dye.As you may also know, if you ever want to lighten your hair again, do not put permanent dye over it. I asked the girl at the front desk for a semi permanent dark brown that would wash out. I am unfamiliar with a lot of products in that store so I grabbed one off the shelf and showed it to her asking if it was semi permanent or able to be washed out over time. She proceeded to grab another bottle and told me that one would be better and would wash out faster and easier than the other one, still leaving great results. This process was really quick and it seemed like she grabbed the nearest product close to her. She didn't even really look at the bottle yet said she was sure. Here I am three months later, with the same exact color of hair, as when I first dyed it with the promise that it would wash out in a few weeks.I'm not sure if this was an intentional act or not or if it was just carelessness, but either way as a young lady working at a hair supply store you should be keen on what you are referring your customers to. From looking at the reviews here, it doesn't help their case on whether this was intentional or not. Either way something needs to be done about their employees...

I went into Sally's on my lunch hour. They didn't have my preferred color/brand. Jasmine (sweet smile) at the register was so kind to check her computer. She checked for other store to see which one had my fav. She gave me 3 options, but recommended I contact the store with the most products in stock. Karina at the Tustin location committed to saving me the amount I wanted. Whenever I come into this Santa Ana store on 27th St, I have always had great service. Thank you, Jasmine!

Walked in for something I really needed. I walked in at 5:54pm. the store closes at 6:00pm. I wasn't going to walk in and walk their 3 aisles.I walk in and instead of a "welcome", one of the girls says, "we close in 6 minutes" I was in and out within 2 minutes.As I walked in the door, the other girls lips start moving and I am sure she was bothered I was walking in at the time I was in.I found that really rude - I doubt I will return here unless its an emergency. I'll stick to another location or other supply store!

Newer to the area and had a GREAT shopping EXPERIENCE with the young sales reps who actually knew their product. Thank you to the Katella Orange owners for training your staff to know product! The smiles and kindness was impressive ? ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. The girls working there should be fired. If this was my store I would be very upset. They lost my business on how rude and unknowable they were. Worst experience everywhere. I will be posting on my my social medias as well on how horrible these girls were.

Just went in on a Sunday afternoon and the young lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. She was the only one in there and I didn't catch her name, but she's awesome! Thanks so much I can't wait to try these new products!!

I have never in my life walked into an establishment and not only felt like I was pushed out but felt my safety was threatened. It has taken me awhile to think this through. I wanted to forget The whole incident all around. But something told to read your reviews. Now, that I've had time to read these reviews I am not only addressing my case to the management and corporate but to the public. This store is not safe to walk into. The staff is thing but a bunch of bullies, who Harass , humiliate and embarrass their customers. Reading the other reviews It is clearly and obvious that management does not do anything to address the matter and by not addressing these issues it is fosters bad habits and encourages an hostile environment. I would stay clear of this Store completely before you go through what I did. And, so many others who have taken the time to write their experiences and their stories. I am sure there are a lot more out there who just didn't want to deal with it and chose to not address it. But, I have chosen do use my voice in hopes that someone from corporate office or a real manager will read this and address what's going on in that shop. Here's what happened to me. First let me just say I am 60 yrs old. I am retired 3rd grade teacher. My eye sight is not the greatest. I went in after work to pick up some color and conditioner. They were out of the brand I normally use, however there was another brand that thought might work but I had a question if the same developer that I have at home could be use with this brand. i looked to my right and noticed a very young and thin lady who I thought might be an employee but wasn't sure. As she walked towards me I noticed she was wearing keys around her neck as she came closer we made eye contact and I raise my hand as to indicate I had a question but instead of addressing me continued to walk pass me saying cashier closed in 10 mins. No acknowledgment no question answered. She just blow me off walked straight ahead clearly ignoring me. I grabbed the bottle of conditioner and headed to the cashier only to find her behind the cashier. I felt it was very rude and I said to her. Good customer service doesn't ignore customers. I had a question and you saw that I did instead of helping me you blow me off and addressed me as if you wanted me out. She looked at me smiled and said" it is what it is" Now do you have a membership with us? What's your phone number? I was stunned! And decided not to make the purchase. Especially since I would of had to given her my phone number. When I reached the door it was looked. Keep in mind it 7:46 and the store doesn't close until 8:00 I ask them to unlock the door she took her time coming to the door to attempt and open it. When I asked for her name she laughed and said I'm not giving you my name. I walked to the counter and I asked the guy behind the counter for the corporate number. At first he said he didn't have it and he also said he didn't know her name when the girl was laughing so I asked for the district manager number he then wrote a number down and said he did know what the managers number was. Btw.. the number he wrote was the wrong number. Back to the door. The door was jammed and I and 2 other customers and with 2 employees could not get out. 5 mins later a woman with long hot pink hair arrives and opens the door from the outside. I asked her for the names of the employees and she stands right in front of me and said that she is not on the clock so she doesn't have to answer any of my questions. I told her you just open the door so obviously you are. She took two steps towards me and said walk away before you regret it. I looked at her and said you guys don't need to act like A-holes to customers. She responded by threatening me that if I didn't walk away I would be sorry and I should feel lucky her son was there so not to be calling her names. horrible service hector the bald man was completely unhelpful you would think the manager would know his products. i called ahead to see if they had the arctic fox dye in poison he told me yes i come 5 minutes later and they don't have any...i don't know why he would say that... now my time has been wasted this is the second time they have been unhelpful if i have to drive farther away to go to another sally's i will

I spontaneously decided that I was going to attempt to do my own nails for fun! I was in the area so I decided to stop by Sally's due to the fact that they usually carry a lot of nail products. I walked in and was lost. I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasnt 100% sure. Thank you Ruhi sooooooo much for being super patient! I wholeheartedly appreciate you for your amazing customer service skills! Thank you for helping me find the perfect nail kit.

First time and last time I'm coming here...I came in asking for help and I just got attitudes the girl seem annoyed and didn't bother help me or show me anything notice another person ask her for help and she would only point to her where the product was. Paying she was on her phone. Worst experience I had here with Sally.

Got there at 6:55 pm and doors was already closed, even if sign shows 7 p.m. as closing time, girl inside only signaled as close.
