the good thing about this spot is the availability of color to choose from for gel.
the bad things… they’ll upcharge you for no reason, insist on choosing different colors or tell you they don’t have the color you originally picked. try to swindle you into changing the shape of your natural nail, no matter how many times you ask for what you want and you tell them what you want.
best of luck if you end up going here, it’s always empty inside, even on the weekends so that should tell you something. if you end up in this place, ask for one of the female workers, they are at least friendly.
probably one of the most uncomfortable experiences getting my nails done and the end price was a surprise.

Ritz Nails is excellent! It is clean, professional, and above all they care about their clients. The staff is awesome and I have never had an experience like that with a nail salon! They go above and beyond and I encourage anyone looking for a local nail salon to try them out, they do not disappoint.

I got my beautiful acrylics done with Susan. She is so thorough and attentive to detail. She asks you frequently throughout the session if the shape/look is acceptable. She is also very kind 😊

I visited this nail salon for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I waited a long time before a technician finally came to assist me. The cuticle work on both my hands and feet was poorly done, and the shaping was uneven and sloppy.
When the nail color was applied, it looked bumpy and far from smooth or consistent. The package I selected included a hand and foot massage with lotion, but the massage lasted barely a minute.
While I was there, I also witnessed another customer getting a gel removal service. She was visibly in pain and even started swearing because of how rough the procedure was.
The service was terrible, and the technician’s skill level was shockingly poor. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone.

Worst dip gel experience I’ve ever had. The finish was thick, uneven, and messy—even for a simple one-color. When I asked for a fix, she blamed my natural nail shape. Total waste of time and money. I won’t be coming back.

I have now been to this salon twice to have my nails and my feet done. The first time I went the lady doing my nails did a rush job and over talked me when i asked her to fix things. I went back a second time for a refill and pedicure and it was the same thing. The first two colors I asked for they didn't have so I had to pick a third color. I had a different lady do my nails and the same thing happened she did a rush job and not what I asked for. Its only been a week and my gel refill is cracking. Then when I went to pay she tried to charge me twice for the same service telling me that the first payment didn't go through. The salon is pretty and in a nice area, but the service and work is low level. I've been less fancy salons with way better work product. I wont be back.

I walked in on vacation with my boyfriend. The guy at the front was very nice and had us in a chair immediately. Super nice and had Lora do my acrylic nails. She was very very sweet, super smart and hard working. Followed the reference photo EXTREMELY well, her design work was so pretty. Talked with me for a while and even my boyfriends mom and baby while she let my boyfriend stay in the massage chair to rest up through the set. They undercharged us for the work even though it was worth more (definitley was a lot cheaper than where I am from). The place was very pretty inside and I would love to come again in the future.

Outstanding, kind, professional team here! Also, the most stunning nail salon. Very fair pricing! They even have a private room for a group! In the center of our great District in Tustin!

This this location is absolutely beautiful. My manicurist and pedicurist were both personable and in amazing job with my nails :) This is my go-to place moving forward.

If I’m spending over $132 for gelX…it is expected to not receive this kind of work. The excuse was that the designs were too difficult, but even the simple flowers were not placed nicely and the line work was absolutely sloppy and the bulkiness and texture of nails was horrible. I spent 2.5 hours there and thinking I went to avoid more stress, as I’m leaving on an extended work trip, I had to then spend extra time at home to do my own nails.
Notice the care of a nail technician that couldn’t even put cuticle oil to hydrate my poor skin!

Hello All,
I have been coming to this place since for some time now, whenever i feel like getting my nails done. This is the only place I could think of that provides great service always takes into account what you want. Yes, there could be some ladies that just try to push for you to get what they want. But for the most part, if you do voice out your concern, they will accommodate your preference. I did just a regular pedicure ($27) with gel nail colors($15), and I did acrylics-shorts ($50) as you guys can see on the images they came out fantastics!!!!

Shout out to Cathy for an amazing job ! 🤩 I am usually really sensitive when it comes to my cuticles and 9/10 times I always get cut and bleed. Cathy was very careful and had amazing attention to detail. She took her time and created exactly what I requested! I’ll be booking my appointments with her for now on 🙏

My nail polish lasted for a decent amount of time. The nail artist did a really good job. I would have liked it to be cleaner with less mistakes. Even though I didn't do gel nails the color was very nice. A good selection.
