My experience with Ria service was average, but I had a disappointing incident. Despite having a winning scratcher, I was told I didn't win, and the person kept the ticket. The person's behavior seemed suspicious as he would hide or duck his head whenever I visited. Additionally, charging a parking fee without clear communication seems unethical, especially since it was only mentioned casually outside the store.
