  Very attentive! Was the first to respond to my initial request. Easy to talk with, I was comfortable right away. He kept in contact with me and made sure I unerstood everything. *************************** made the whole process easy and well organized and professional with just a little bit of amusing banter. It was fun to chat with him. He and Residence First Mortgage made this the easiest refi I ever did (and I've done a few). I had no idea it could be this quick and easy!!

  Just completed my mortgage re-fi through Residence First Mortgage with Arren Babayani. During the process I shopped around quite a lot, and NO WHERE was able to match the loan rate and cost that Arren was able to give me. With this re-fi, I'm able to save ~$200 a month and dropped my rate almost a full percent. Highly recommend!

  just completed my veterans mortgage re-fi through residence first mortgage with arren babayani as my producing mangager. everything turned out as promised. got a lower mortgage (+$200 a month savings) no cost to me, lender paid all costs. got my escrow money back from previous mortgage. got money back that i paid in the new escrow for homeowners insurance. got a diffeent policy (+$800) savings so in told i made about $5600. setlement went smooth as silk and i didn't have to pay one month's mortgage (+$1750).what more can you ask. arren was always there on the phone or e mail to answer my questions and guide me through the process.sincerelyjoseph lee [email protected]
